On the other hand if we look at the students somehow they also try to give their best ,but not all the student’s are following the respective and they do not attain their online classes as how their parents are telling them they are not listening on them and this is the main reason which makes the word “home learning” to “home playing” as some how government is also providing a platform for the students to show their creativity and the main reward for the “home learning” goes to the teacher’s who are teaching the children’s for their brighter future which should not be spoiled as some topic ends here but I have request for the students who are not attending their online classes please utilize it and be the hero’s .

દેશભરમાં પેટ્રોલના ભાવ ભડકે બળી રહ્યા છે. જે પ્રકારે પેટ્રોલના ભાવમાં વધારો થયો છે એ સામાન્ય વ્યક્તિને પરવડે એવો નથી. સરકાર પણ પ્રદૂષણ અટકાવવા માટે ઇલેક્ટ્રિક વ્હીકલને પ્રોત્સાહન આપી રહી છે અને સબસિડી આપે છે. ત્યારે ભાવનગરના એક શિક્ષકે પોતાની સૂઝબૂઝથી એક જૂની બાઈકને મોડિફાઈડ કરીને ઇલેક્ટ્રિક બાઈક બનાવી છે તેમજ આવનારા દિવસોમાં આ શિક્ષક બાઈકમાં જીપીએસ સિસ્ટમ પણ મૂકવાના છે.

આર્થિક સંકડામણ વધતાં આ વિચાર આવ્યો
ભાવનગરમાં રિંગ રોડ પાસે બરસાના સોસાયટીમાં રહેતા હિમાંશુ વ્યાસ ક્રાઇસ્ટ શાળામાં ફરજ બજાવે છે. શાળા દ્વારા પણ તેમની આ આવડતને બિરદાવી હતી. કોરોનાકાળમાં અન્ય મધ્યમવર્ગની જેમ તેમની પણ સ્થિતિ કફોડી થઇ હતી. સાત વર્ષ પહેલાં પિતાની છત્રછાયા ગુમાવી ચૂકેલા હિમાંશુભાઈના પરિવારમાં માતા, પત્ની અને બહેન છે. કોરોનાકાળમાં પગાર અડધો થઇ ગયો અને એને કારણે આર્થિક સકડામણ ઊભી થઇ. પેટ્રોલના વધતા ભાવવધારાએ બજેટ ખોરવી નાખ્યું, જેથી તેમને ઇલેક્ટ્રિક બાઈક બનાવવાનો વિચાર આવ્યો.

રસના ક્ષેત્રમાં રોજગારી શોધી
શિક્ષક યુવક હિમાંશુભાઈએ આર્થિક સંકડામણમાં પોતાની રુચિના ક્ષેત્રમાં રોજગારી શોધીને આગળ વધી સફળતા મેળવી છે. E-BIKE બનાવ્યા બાદ હવે હિમાંશુભાઈ આગામી દિવસોમાં તેમના મત મુજબ GPS વગર વાહન ક્યાંય પણ હોય એનું LOCATION કેમ જાણી શકાય એના માટે મહેનત કરી રહ્યા છે. તેમનો ઉદ્દેશ પેટ્રોલના વધતા ભાવવધારામાં મધ્યમવર્ગને આર્થિક ભારણ ઓછું કરવાનો છે.

પિતાની બાઇકને ઇલેક્ટ્રિકમાં કન્વર્ટ કરી
ઇલેક્ટ્રિક બાઇક બનાવવાનો વિચાર મનમાં આવ્યો હતો. હિમાંશુભાઈએ પોતાના પિતાની પડતર બાઈકને ઇલેક્ટ્રિક બાઇક બનાવવાનું શરૂ કર્યું અને એમાં તેમને સફળતા પણ મળી. હવે તેમણે લિથિયમ આઇઓએન (Lithium – ion) બેટરી દ્વારા બાઇક – કાર બનાવવાનો પણ પ્રારંભ કર્યો છે. જોકે હાલમાં હિમાંશુભાઈએ e- Bike બનાવી છે. 100 રૂપિયા પેટ્રોલના ભાવ સામે ઇલેક્ટ્રિક બાઇક ખૂબ જ ફાયદાકારક સાબિત થઈ રહી છે. બેટરી ચાર્જ કર્યા બાદ 150 km આરામથી બાઇક ચાલે છે. જૂની કોઈપણ બાઇકમાં આશરે 25થી 30 હજાર જેવો ખર્ચ કરવાથી e- Bikeમાં તબદિલ થઈ જાય છે.

તેમણે વધુમાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે મેં જે બાઈક બનાવી એમાં લિથિયમ બેટરી વાપરી છે, જેમાં 3થી 4 કલાકમાં જ ચાર્જિંગ થઈ જાય છે, જ્યારે લેડ એસિડ બેટરીને સાતથી આઠ કલાક લાગે છે એટલે એને આખી રાત ચાર્જિંગમાં મૂકવી પડે છે. લિથિયમ બેટરીનું આયુષ્ય વધારે છે, એમાં 5થી 7 વર્ષ સુધી કોઈપણ જાતનો વાંધો આવતો નથી, જ્યારે લેક એસિડ બેટરી જો 1થી 2 મહિના સમયગાળામાં તમે બાઈક ચલાવો નહીં તો બંધ થઈ જાય છે. આ લિથિયમ બેટરી 6 મહિના સુધી પણ પડી રહે તો કોઈ જાતનો વાંધો આવતો નથી.

According to the results of a study conducted by the ministry in the time 2013, the average attendance of preceptors was around 83. It needs to be grow to 100.

પોતાનો ફોટાને  Whats app stickers  બનાવવા માટે સૌથી પહેલા ગૂગલ પ્લે સ્ટૉર પરથી Sticker Maker App download કરો. એપ download થયા બાદ આને open કરો અને create new sticker packના ઓપ્સન પર ક્લિક કરો. હવે અહીં પોતાના Whats app stickers પેકનુ કોઇ નામ રાખી લો. હવે જે folder ક્રિએટ થશે તેના પર ક્લિક કરી દો. આટલુ કર્યા બાદ આ folderમાં કેટલાય Box દેખાશે. હવે આમાંથી કોઇપણ એક પર click કરી દો. 

Whatsapp નવી અપડેટ જાણો..

હવે અહીં આપવામાં આવેલી Galary ઓપ્શન પર ટેપ કરીને પોતાના તે ફોટાને select કરી લો, જેને તમારા Whats app stickers બનવવા છે. હવે પોતાના ફોટાને edit કરીને save કરી દો. હવે આ ફોટા Whats app stickers બનીને સેવ થઇ જશે.

Whatsapp ઓફિશિયલ રીતે પોતાનું નવુ feature View Once લોન્ચ કરી દીધુ છે. જેમાં હવે યૂઝર્સ ડિસઅપીયરિંગ મેસેજ અને વીડિયો મોકલી શક્શે. વોટ્સએપે કહ્યું કે તેણે આ ફિચર્સ પોતાના યૂઝર્સને વધુ પ્રાઈવસી આપવા માટે લોન્ચ કર્યુ છે. પરંતુ તેમાં શંકાને કોઈ સ્થાન નથી કે તેમણે આ View Once ફિચરને snapchat ટક્કર આપવા માટે કર્યુ છે. 


How to work Whatsapp new feature "View Once"?

આ View Once  ફિચર વોટ્સએપમાં આવવાથી યૂઝર્સ photo કે video સેન્ડ કરશે, પરંતુ તેને એકવાર જોયા બાદ તે ગાયબ થઈ જશે. આ photo કે video ગેલેરીમાં સેવ પણ નહીં થઈ શકે. તમે જો આ photo કે video જોઈ લીધો હશે તો તે ગાયબ થઈ જશે અને બીજા વ્યક્તિને તે Open લખાઈને આવી જશે.


સાથે જ જો 14 દિવસ સુધી આ photo કે videoને ખોલવામાં ન આવે તો પણ તે જાતે જ delete થઈ જશે. જો તમે કોઈને private ફોટોઝ મોકલી રહ્યા છો અથવા તો કોઈને એકાઉન્ટ નંબર અથવા તો OTP મોકલી રહ્યા હોવ તો આ ફિચર View Once કામનું છે.

જો તમે કોઈને નવા View Once ફિચરનો ઉપયોગ કરીને photo કે video મોકલો છો તો બની શકે કે સામેવાળી વ્યક્તિ તેનો સ્ક્રિન શોટ લઈ લે. તેવી સ્થિતીમાં કોઈ એવુ ફિચર નથી જે સ્ક્રિન શોટને લોક કરી શકે.

 શિક્ષક સજ્જતા સર્વેક્ષણ બાબત ... સંદર્ભ : 1 ગુજરાત શિક્ષણ વિભાગ ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક : જશભ / ૧૨૧૮ / સીંગલ ફાઈલ -૯ / ન સચિવાલય , ગાંધીનગર પત્ર તા . ૦૬/૦૩/૨૦૧૮ 2. શિક્ષક સંઘના પ્રતિનિધિશ્રીઓ સાથે તા . ૧૮/૧૨/૨૦૧૭ ના રોજ થયેલ બેઠકમાં લેવાયેલ નિર્ણય 3 રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડની તા.૦૬-૦૨-૨૦૨૧ની ફાઈલ પર મળેલ મંજૂરી ગુણવત્તાલક્ષી શિક્ષણ માટે શિક્ષકોની સજ્જતા ખૂબ જ અગત્યનું પરિબળ છે . NEP 2020 માં પણ ગુણવત્તાલક્ષી શિક્ષણ માટે શિક્ષક સજજતા પર ભાર મૂકવામાં આવ્યો છે . ગુણવત્તાલક્ષી શિક્ષણ માટે શિક્ષકો માટે રાજ્ય અથવા જિલ્લા સ્તરેથી તાલીમ કાર્યક્રમોનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવે છે . આ અંતર્ગત તમામ શિક્ષકોને તેમની જરૂરિયાત મુજબ શૈક્ષણિક મદદ કરવી એ અત્યંત જરૂરી છે . શિક્ષકોને એમની જરૂરિયાત મુજબ તાલીમ અને ઓનસાઈટ સપોર્ટ મળે એ માટે દરેક શિક્ષકની શૈક્ષણિક જરૂરિયાત જાણવી આવશ્યક છે . એ માટે જે તે શિક્ષકની પોતાના ભણાવવાના વિષયો , વર્ગવ્યવહાર , મૂલ્યાંકન , શિક્ષણના નૂતન પ્રવાહો વગેરે મુદ્દાઓ વિશેની સમજ કેવી છે તે જાણવું જરૂરી છે . આ ઉપરાંત , શિક્ષકના વર્ગખંડ અવલોકનની માહિતી તેમજ એમના વર્ગ - વિષયનાં બાળકોની શૈક્ષણિક સિદ્ધિની માહિતી મેળવવી જરૂરી છે . આ ત્રણ પૈકી વર્ગખંડ અવલોકન અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓની શૈક્ષણિક સિદ્ધિ અંગેની માહિતી ઉપલબ્ધ છે . પરંતુ શિક્ષકની વિવિધ શૈક્ષણિક બાબતોની જાણકારી સંબંધી માહિતી મેળવવા માટે તમામ શિક્ષકોને સમાવતું એક શૈક્ષણિક સર્વેક્ષણ કરવાનું થાય છે . આ સર્વેક્ષણ અંગે નીચેની બાબતો ધ્યાને લેવા આથી જણાવવામાં આવે છે . 1. આ સર્વેક્ષણ અંતર્ગત સર્વેક્ષણ ઉપકરણ તરીકે પ્રશ્નાવલિ ( કુલ 80 કલમો સમાવતી એક પ્રશ્નાવલિ ) હશે . પ્રત્યેક કલમે માટે પ્રતિયારના ચાર વિકલ્પો હશે જેમાંથી યોગ્ય પ્રતિચાર પસંદ કરવાનો છે . ( વિગતો આ સાથેના પરિશિષ્ટ 1 માં સામેલ છે . ) 2. આ સર્વેક્ષણમાં નીચેના પાંચ ગ્રુપનાં ઉપકરણ હશે . ધોરણ 1 થી 5 ધોરણ 6 થી 8 ભાષા - સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાન ધોરણ 6 થી 8 ગણિત- વિજ્ઞાન HTAT મુખ્ય શિક્ષક CRC - BRC કો ઓર્ડીનેટર 3. જે તે શિક્ષક , HTAT આચાર્ય અને CRC - BRC કો - ઓર્ડીનેટરે ઉપરોક્ત પાંચ પૈકી પોતાને લાગુ પડતા વિભાગના સર્વેક્ષણમાં જોડાવાનું છે . 4 , શિક્ષક કયા ધોરણમાં કયા વિષય ભણાવે છે તે અંગે SA ડ પોર્ટલ પર ઉપલબ્ધ માહિતીના આધારે માહિતી પૃથક્કરણ કરવામાં આવશે . ધોરણ 1 થી 5 ના શિક્ષકો અને ધોરણ 6 થી 8 ના શિક્ષકો પોતે જે વિષય ભણાવે છે તે વિષય અંગેની કલમોના જ પ્રતિચાર આપવા . દા.ત. ધોરણ 1 થી 5 ના શિક્ષક ધોરણ ૩ થી ૬ માં ગણિત અને તે . b , c , d . e

ધોરણ 5 માં અંગ્રેજી ભણાવે છે . તો તેમણે માત્ર ગણિત અને અંગ્રેજી વિષયની કલમોના પ્રતિચાર આપવા , ગુજરાતી , અને પર્યાવરણના પ્રતિચાર આપવાના નથી . જે શિક્ષક ધોરણ 1-2 માં શિક્ષણ કાર્ય કરાવતા હોય તેમણે ધોરણ 1 2 પ્રજ્ઞાની કલમોના પ્રતિચાર આપવા . આ જ રીતે ધોરણ 6 થી 8 માં અધ્યાપન કરાવતાં ભાષા તેમજ સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાનના શિક્ષકે જે જે ભાષા ભણાવતાં હોય તેના પ્રતિચાર આપવાના રહેશે . તેની સાથે કોઈ એક ધૌરણમાં સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાન વિષયનું અધ્યાપન કરાવતાં હોય તેમને સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાન વિષયની કલમોના પ્રતિચાર પણ આપવાના રહેશે . ટૂંકમાં , SA ડમાં દર્શાવેલ વિષયનું શિક્ષણ કાર્ય કરાવતા હોય તેના જ પ્રતિચાર આપવાના છે . 5 , જે તે વિષય ઉપરાંત વર્તમાન પ્રવાહો , મૂલ્યાંકન અને સર્વાગી શિક્ષણ અંગેની કલમોના પ્રતિચાર દરેક શિક્ષકે . આપવાનો રહેશે . 6 , ધોરણ ૬ થી ૮ ગણિત વિજ્ઞાન શિક્ષકો , HTAT મુખ્ય શિક્ષક અને CRC - BRC કો - ઓર્ડીનેટરે તમામ 80 કલમોના પ્રતિચાર આપવાના છે . 7. HTAT ન હોય તેવા મુખ્ય શિક્ષકે SA ડ ડેટા મુજબ પોતાના શિક્ષણકાર્યના વિષયો મુજબ કોઈ એક વિભાગમાં જોડાવાનું રહેશે . 8 , સર્વેક્ષણ પ્રશ્નાવલિમાં 80 કલમો ઉપરાંત વર્ણનાત્મક કલમો આપેલી છે . દરેક શિક્ષક , HTAT આચાર્ય અને CRC BRC કો - ઓર્ડીનેટરે આ વર્ણનાત્મક કલમ પૈકી કોઈ પણ બે કલમોના જ માગ્યા મુજબ અંદાજે 200 શબ્દોમાં વર્ણનાત્મક પ્રતિચાર આપવાના છે . 9. સર્વેક્ષણ પ્રશ્નાવલિમાં અભ્યાસક્રમ , પાઠયસામગ્રી , વિષયવસ્તુ , અધ્યયન અધ્યાપન પ્રક્રિયા , નૂતન પ્રવાહો વગેરે બાબતોનો સમાવેશ કરેલ છે . 10. સદર સર્વેક્ષણ સેન્સસ સર્વેક્ષણ હોવાથી તમામ શિક્ષકોએ આ સર્વેક્ષણમાં ફરજીયાત રીતે જોડાવાનું છે . ગંભીર બીમારી કે મેટરનિટી જેવો તબીબી કારણોસર નિયત સમયે સર્વેક્ષણમાં ઉપસ્થિત ન રહી શકનાર શિક્ષકો માટે અન્ય સમયે અને સ્થળે વૈકલ્પિક ઉપકરણ ( પ્રશ્નાવલિ ) દ્વારા સર્વેક્ષણ હાથ ધરવામાં આવશે . 11. ઉપરોક્ત પાંચેય ગ્રુપનું સર્વેક્ષણ તા . 11-8-2021 ના રોજ બપોરના ૦૨:૦૦ થી ૦૪:૦૦ વાગ્યા દરમિયાન યોજાશે . સર્વેક્ષણનો સમય બે કલાકનો રહેશો . 12 , શિક્ષક સજ્જતા સર્વેક્ષણનું આયોજન સમગ્ર રાજ્યના તાલુકા કક્ષાએ કરવામાં આવશે . 13. આ સર્વેક્ષણ માટે ડી.ઈ.ઓ.શ્રી ડાયટ પ્રાચાર્યશ્રીનો સહયોગ પણ મેળવાશે . 14. સર્વેક્ષણનું સ્થળ દર્શાવતી સ્લીપ રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડની વેબસાઈટ પરથી મળી શકશે જે હવે પછી જણાવવામાં આવશે . 15 , આ પરિપત્રની જાણ સર્વેક્ષણમાં ભાગ લેનારને કરાવી . સર્વેક્ષણ તારીખ : ૧૧-૦૮-૨૦૨ ૧ સ્થળ | તાલુકા કક્ષાએ સમય : ૦૨:૦૦ થી ૦૪:૦૦

Online education means new age digital education, where people can be given the best education sitting at home in less time and less money. Online education is still an option in schools and colleges but in future online education may also be given priority.

Teachers and students can connect online by choosing the time of their convenience, and with the advent of online education, the use of technology has increased and there has been a lot of change in the education system.




In the event of any curfew or lockdown through online education, there can be no compulsion of education on the student.




Through online education, children can go out of the classroom and study in their favorite device (smartphone, laptop), which will increase their interest in studies.




Disadvantages of Online Education- Disadvantage of Online Education in Hindi It is said that everyone has two sides, one good and one bad, online education also has some disadvantages along with merits such as-




Online education is transmitted on computer desktop or mobile screen, due to which the eyes are affected due to constant gaze.




In online education, the student cannot be assessed properly and the student's discipline also makes a difference.




It takes more time to complete the syllabus through online education and sometimes due to some technical problem the classes are not conducted well.




There is a lot of possibility of cheating during the online examination and sometimes the student does not understand as well as it is understood by sitting in the class room.
