इस योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए, https://gbcdconline.gujarat.gov.in पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें और पीडीएफ प्रारूप में उल्लिखित प्रमाण अपलोड करें। जो छात्र ऋण प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं उन्हें विज्ञापन प्रकाशन की तिथि से 31-12-2022 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा।

योजना की पात्रता
छात्र को सामाजिक और शैक्षणिक रूप से पिछड़ी जाति का होना चाहिए।
छात्र के परिवार की वार्षिक आय सीमा रु. 3.00 (तीन लाख से कम होना चाहिए,
विज्ञापन की तिथि के अनुसार छात्र की आयु 17 से 35 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।
आवेदन करते समय छात्र के आधार नंबर से जुड़े छात्र और माता-पिता के संयुक्त बैंक खाते का विवरण देना होगा।

सामाजिक और शैक्षिक रूप से पिछड़ी जातियों के छात्रों के लिए, गुजरात गोपालक विकास निगम, गुजरात ठाकोर और कोली विकास निगम, गुजरात अल्पसंख्यक वित्त और विकास निगम, गुजरात विचाराती और विमुक्त जाति विकास निगम जैसे जाति-वार निगम सरकार द्वारा अलग से स्थापित किए गए हैं। गांधीनगर में ऐसे आवेदक जहां तक हो सके उन निगमों में आवेदन करें।

चूंकि छात्र के शैक्षिक ऋण आवेदन को सैद्धांतिक रूप से स्वीकृत किया जाता है, अचल संपत्ति वाले दो गारंटर और स्वीकृत ऋण की डेढ़ गुना राशि स्वयं या प्रस्तुत गारंटर की अचल संपत्ति में दर्ज की जानी चाहिए।

જોકે પાડોશી દેશ નેપાળમાં એક વિચિત્ર ઘટનામાં એરપોર્ટના રનવે પર વિમાનને મુસાફરો ધક્કો મારતા નજરે પડ્યા હતા.આ ઘટનાનો વિડિયો પણ બહાર આવ્યો છે.જેમાં જોઈ શકાય છે કે, નેપાળની તારા એરલાઈન્સના એક વિમાનને એરપોર્ટના રનવે પર મુસાફરો ભેગા થઈને ધક્કો મારી રહ્યા છે.નેપાળી પત્રકાર સુશીલ ભટ્ટારાયના કહેવા મુજબ વિમાનનુ ટાયર ફાટી જતા તે રન વે પર જ ઉભુ રહી ગયુ હતુ.
તેના કારણે તેની પાછળના વિમાનોને ટેક ઓફ કરવામાં મોડુ થઈ રહ્યુ હતુ.જેના પગલે હાજર મુસાફરો અને સિક્યુરિટી કર્મચારીઓએ રન વે પરથી વિમાનને દુર કરવા માટે ધક્કો માર્યો હતો.
એક યુઝરે કહ્યુ હતુ કે, નેપાળની સરકાર એરલાઈનો પાસે પૈસા તો વસુલે છે પણ એરપોર્ટ પર જરુરી સુવિધાઓ આપી રહી નથી.જેનુ વિમાન બગડયુ છે તે એરલાઈન નેપાળના પડકારજનક એરપોર્ટ પર પણ વિમાનોનુ સંચાલન કરી રહી છે.

જેમાં ગુજરાતીઓ કીર્તીદન ગઢવીના લીલી લીંબડી રે…લીલો નાગરવેલનો છોડ ગીત ઉપર જુમી ઉઠ્યા હતા.આ સાથેજ ગુજરાતની મહિલાઓ દ્વારા કીર્તીદાન ગઢવી ઉપર ડોલરની થપ્પીઓ ઉડારવામાં આવી હતી.અમેરિકાના એટલાન્ટામાં કીર્તીદાન ગઢવીના હિન્દી અને ગુજરાતી ગીતોની મોજમાં તમામ ગુજરાતી સહીત ગુજરાતની મહિલાઓ ઝૂમી ઉઠી હતી.
તેમજ ગુજરાતી મહિલાઓએ સતેજ ઉપર ચઢીને કીર્તીદાન ગઢવી ઉપર ડોલરનો વરસાદ વરસાવ્યો હતો.કીર્તીદાન ગઢવીના લોકડાયરાથી ગુજરાતીઓ મોજમાં આવી ગયા હતા.ગુજરાતી મહિલાઓ બાદ એક અમેરિકન નાગરિક પણ પોતાને કીર્તીદાન ગઢવી ઉપર ડોલરનો વરસાદ કરતા રોકી શક્યો ના હતો.
અમેરિકન નાગરિક પણ સતેજ ઉપર જઈને ડોલરનો વરસાદ કરતો જોવા મળ્યો હતો.થોડા દિવસ પહેલા અમેરિકાના હ્યુસ્ટનમાં કીર્તીદન ગઢવીનો લોકડાયરો યોજવામાં આવ્યો હતો.ત્યાં પણ ગુજરાતીઓ કીર્તીદાન ગઢવીના રંગમાં રંગાયા હતા અને તેમના ઉપર મન મુકીને ડોલરનો વરસાદ વરસાવ્યો હતો.
નોંધનીય છે કે,સૌરાષ્ટ્રની અંદર કીર્તીદાન ગઢવીના લોકડાયરામાં રૂપિયાનો ઢગલો થઇ જાય છે.ત્યારે અમેરિકામાં વસતા ગુજરાતીઓ દ્વારા આ પરંપરા જાળવી રાખી છે.નવરાત્રી સમયે અમેરિકાના શિકાગોમાં કીર્તીદાન ગઢવીને ગરબાની રમઝટ માટે બોલાવવામાં આવ્યા હતા.ત્યાં પણ કીર્તીદન ગઢવી ઉપર ડોલરનો વરસાદ વરસાવવામાં આવ્યો હતો.આ સમયે કીર્તીદાન ગઢવીએ લોકડાયરાની તસ્વીરો સોશિયલ મીડિયામાં શેર કરી હતી.

ગુજરાત સરકારની કેબિનેટ બેઠક આજે ગાંધીનગર ખાતે મુખ્યમંત્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલની અધ્યક્ષતામાં યોજાઈ હતી. જેમાં રાજ્યમાં ધોરણ 1થી 5ના ઓફલાઈન ક્લાસ શરૂ કરવાને લઈને પણ મંથન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
રાજ્યમાં સ્કૂલ શરૂ થવા મુદ્દે શિક્ષણમંત્રીનુ નિવેદન

કેબિનેટ બેઠક પૂર્ણ થયાં બાદ શિક્ષણમંત્રી અને રાજ્ય સરકારના પ્રવક્તા જીતુ વાઘાણીએ પત્રકાર પરિષદને સંબોધન કર્યું હતું. તેમણે જણાવ્યું કે, વાલીઓ ઈચ્છી રહ્યા છે કે, ગુજરાતમાં હવે ધોરણ 1થી 5 ક્લાસરૂમ શરૂ થાય પરંતુ વાલીઓએ હજી શાળાઓ શરૂ થવા માટે થોડી રાહ જોવી પડશે.
આગામી સમયમાં લેવાશે નિર્ણય
આ સાથે જ તેમણે વધુમાં કહ્યું કે, આરોગ્ય મંત્રી સાથે ચર્ચા કરવામાં આવી છે. બાળકોના આરોગ્યની પણ ચિંતા કરવામાં આવી રહી છે. જો કે, શાળાઓમાં ઓફલાઈન શિક્ષણ શરૂ કરતા પહેલા એક કમિટી બનાવવામાં આવશે અને આગામી સમયમાં કોરોનાની સ્થિતિ જોયા શિક્ષણ નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવશે.
આ સાથે જ તેમણે વધુમાં કહ્યું કે, આરોગ્ય મંત્રી સાથે ચર્ચા કરવામાં આવી છે. બાળકોના આરોગ્યની પણ ચિંતા કરવામાં આવી રહી છે. જો કે, શાળાઓમાં ઓફલાઈન શિક્ષણ શરૂ કરતા પહેલા એક કમિટી બનાવવામાં આવશે અને આગામી સમયમાં કોરોનાની સ્થિતિ જોયા બાદ નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવશે.
કોરોનાની ગાઈડલાઈન પ્રમાણે લાંબા સમય બાદ પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ શરૂ થશે તેવા એંધાણ છે. ધોરણ 1થી 5ની પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓ શરૂ કરવા શિક્ષણ વિભાગની હાલ વિચારણા કરી રહ્યું છે. જેમાં ડિસેમ્બરની શરૂઆતમાં આ વર્ગો ખુલશે તેવી માહિતી મળી રહી છે.અઠવાડીયામાં 4 દિવસ શાળા ચાલુ રાખવાનું આયોજન તો વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે ઓનલાઈન શિક્ષણનો પણ વિકલ્પ રાખવામાં આવશે તેવી ચર્ચા છે. પ્રાથમિક શાળાના સમયગાળામાં પણ ઘટાડો થશે તો વાર્ષિક દિવસો વધારવા પર પણ શિક્ષણ વિભાગ નિર્ણય લઈ શકે છે.
5 નવેમ્બરના રોજ શિક્ષણ મંત્રી જીતુ વાઘાણીએ આપ્યા હતા સંકેત
શિક્ષણ મંત્રી જીતુ વાઘાણીએ કહ્યું હતું કે કે રાજ્યમાં પ્રાથમિક શાળા શરૂ કરવા અંગેની તમામ તૈયારીઓ પૂર્ણ કરી લેવામાં આવી છે, કમિટીના નિર્ણય બાદ વિશેષજ્ઞો સાથે બેઠક કરીને શાળાઓ ફરી શરુ કરવી કે નહીં તેનો નિર્ણય લેવામાં આવશે, કોરોનાની અસર ઓછી થાય એટલે બંધ શાળા ફરી શરુ કરવાનો નિર્ણય કરાશે તેવું જીતુ વાઘાણીએ જણાવ્યું હતું. હાલ રાજ્યની તમામ શાળાઓમાં દિવાળી વેકેશન ચાલી રહ્યું છે ત્યારે દિવાળી બાદ પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓને શરૂ કરવા અંગેનો નિર્ણય લેવાય શકે છે.

બીજી તરફ આ પહેલા રાજ્યમાં ધોરણ 1 થી 5ની શાળાઓ શરૂ કરવા અંગે શિક્ષણપ્રધાન જીતુ વાઘાણીએ પણ નિવેદન આપ્યું હતું કે છેલ્લાં 2 વર્ષથી બાળકો સ્કૂલમાં નથી ગયા. જેથી રાજ્યમાં ફરીથી સ્કૂલો શરૂ કરવા અંગે અમે કમિટીની રચના કરવાના છીએ. બાળકો ઝડપથી ફરીથી સ્કૂલમાં આવે તે દિશામાં અમે હવે આગળ વધી રહ્યાં છીએ. અધિકારીઓ, શિક્ષણ જગતના તજજ્ઞો તેમજ વાલીઓ સાથે વિચાર-વિમર્શ કર્યા બાદ જ બાળકોની શાળાઓ શરૂ કરવા અંગે આખરી નિર્ણય લેવાશે તેમ જીતુ વાઘાણીએ જણાવ્યું હતું..
ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે સરકાર એ પણ વિચારણા કરી રહી છે કે ધો 1 થી 5 ના વર્ગોનો સાપ્તાહિક સમય પણ ઘટાડશે.મળતી માહિતી પ્રમાણે સપ્તાહનું શૈક્ષણિક સત્ર 6ની જગ્યાએ 4 દિવસ થશે તેવી શક્યતાઓ પણ સેવાઈ રહી છે.

અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, હાલ ધોરણ 6 થી 12 અને કોલેજ માટે ઓફલાઇન શિક્ષણ શરૂ કરી દેવામાં આવ્યું છે. ગુજરાત સ્વનિર્ભર શાળાસંચાલક મંડળના ઉપપ્રમુખ જતીનભાઈ ભરાડે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ધોરણ 6 થી 12 અને કોલેજમાં ઓફલાઇન શિક્ષણ શરૂ થયા બાદ ધોરણ 1 થી 5ના વર્ગોનું ઓફલાઇન શિક્ષણ શરૂ કરવામાં આવે એવી અમારી મુખ્ય માંગ છે. એકમ કસોટી પૂર્ણ થયા બાદ આગામી શનિવારથી દિવાળી વેકેશન શરૂ થવા જઈ રહ્યું છે ત્યારે દિવાળીના ખુલતા જ વેકેશન એટલે કે 21 નવેમ્બર થી ધોરણ 1થી 5 ના ઓફલાઈન વર્ગો શરૂ કરવા મંજૂરી આપે તેવી અમારી માંગ છે. ધોરણ 6 થી 12 અને કોલેજ માટે ઓફલાઇન શિક્ષણ ચાલુ છે. બે માસ જેટલો સમય થયો. શાળામાં 90% જેટલી હાજરી વિદ્યાર્થીઓની જોવા મળે છે છતા ગુજરાતમાં કોઇ પણ શાળા કે કોલેજમાં કોઇ અણબનાવ નથી બન્યો માટે હવે ધોરણ 1 થી 5ના વર્ગો પણ ઓફલાઇન શરૂ કરવામાં આવે તે જરૂરી છે.

લેખિત પરીક્ષા માર્ચના પહેલા અઠવાડિયામાં ભરતી બોર્ડના ચેરમેન હસમુખ પટેલ પ્રેસ કોન્ફરન્સમાં જણાવ્યું કે, ભરતી પ્રક્રિયાની શારીરિક કસોટી બે મહિના સુધી ચાલશે. એટલે કે જો શારીરિક કસોટી 10 ડિસેમ્બરે શરૂ થાય તો તે 10 ફેબ્રુઆરી સુધીમાં શારીરિક કસોટી પૂર્ણ થઈ શકે છે. માર્ચના પહેલા અઠવાડિયામાં કોન્સ્ટેબલની લેખિત પરીક્ષા લેવાની સંભાવના છે. ભરતીની પ્રક્રિયામાં આવતી સમસ્યાઓના આધારે આ તારીખોમાં ફેરફાર થઈ શકે છે. પરંતુ ઉમેદવારો આ તારીખને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને તૈયારી કરે તો તેમને પૂરતો સમયગાળો મળી શકે.
