જો તમારું પેટ હંમેશની જેમ સાફ ન હોય અને તમને ખાવાનું મન ન થાય, તો તમારે દરરોજ સવારે અડધો લિટર નવશેકું પાણી પીવું જોઈએ. ભલે તે તુરંત અસરમાં ન આવે, પણ જો તમે નિયમિત રીતે હૂંફાળું પાણી પીતા રહો તો પેટ સાફ કરવામાં તમે ખૂબ મદદરૂપ થશો. જો તમે હૂંફાળું પાણી પીવા માટે સક્ષમ નથી, તો પછી તમે પાણીમાં લીંબુનો રસ પણ પી શકો છો.

Integrated Scheme on School Education i.e. Samagra Shiksha has been launched to

universalise quality school education, w.e,f. financial year 2018-19. The scheme envisages





'education' in a holistic perspective and as a continuum from Pre-Primarlr, Primar5r, Upper

Primary, and Secondary to Higher Secondary levels. The Scheme, therefore, attempts to provide,


an integrated/composite school system from pre- school to higher secondar5r level. This will


facilitate the transition of children across various levels of school education and will aid in

promoting children to complete school education. The vision of the Scheme is to ensure inclusive

and equitable quality education from pre-school to senior secondar5r stage in accordance with the

Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) for Education.

In the scheme, under the Sports and Physical Education component, sports equipment are to be

provided. Expenditure for meeting expenses on procuring sports equipment for indoor & outdoor


games in convergence with Department of Sports is also to be made from this component. The

provisions under the scheme for Sports and Physical Education in Government schools are as

under:

Up to Rs.5,000 for Primary school per annum

Up to Rs.10,000 for upper primary per annum

Up to Rs.25, 000 for Secondary and Senior Secondary per

The Scheme provides annual recurring school composite grant for all Government Schools for the

replacement of non-functional school equipment and for incurring other recurring costs such as

consumables for play materials, sports equipment, laboratories, electricity charges, internet,

water, teaching aids etc. It also provides for annual maintenance and repair of existing school

building, toilets and other facilities to upkeep the infrastructure in good condition. The amount of

items from beyond this list subject to its actual requirement being certified by the head of

school. However, the sport specific equipments and props may be chosen by the schools,

based on availability of infrastructure in the school including availability of playfield etc.

Schools may also be encouraged to include traditional/regional gzrmes of the respective

State/Region, the low /no cost equipments may be procured at 1ocal level for these

sports/games. The State & UTs will also need to maintain the sports equipments and have

them in a workable position. For this periodic review maybe done and record be

maintained of workable equipment, repairable equipment, write off equipment

andsuggestive

મધ્યાહન ભોજન યોજના હેઠળ તા .૦૧ / ૦૪ ૨૦૨૧ થી તા .૦૧ / ૦૫ / ૨૦૨૧ સુધીના ૨૩ દિવસના સમયગાળાનું ફૂડ સિક્યુરીટી એલાઉન્સીસ વિધાર્થીઓને ચુકવવા અંગે . સંદર્ભ : - આ કચેરીના હુકમકમાંક : -મભય / અમલ -૧ / E.S.A./૨૦૨૧ / ૬ ર૫૧-૬૪૪ , તા .૦૯ / ૦૭ / ૨૦૨૧ . શ્રીમાન , જય ભારત સહ ઉપરોકત વિષય અને સંદર્ભ પરત્વે આપનું અંગત ધ્યાન દોરતાં જણાવવાનું કે , મધ્યાહન ભોજન યોજના હેઠળ તા .૦૧ / ૦૪ / ૨૦૨૧ થી તા .૦૧ / ૦૫ / ૨૦૨૧ સુધીના ૨૩ દિવસોના સમયગાળાનું શાળામાં નોંધાયેલા તમામ વિધાર્થીઓને ફૂડ સિક્યુરીટી એલાઉન્સીસ પૈકી સમય મર્યાદામાં અનાજ વિતરણ કરવા અને વાલી વિધાર્થીના બેંક એકાઉન્ટમાંજ કુંકીંગ કોસ્ટની રકમ તાત્કાલિક જમા કરાવવા અને તેનો દૈનિક રિપોર્ટ ગુગલ ડ્રાઈવ પર મોકલવા આથી જણાવવામાં આવે છે . જે જિલ્લાનો ગુગલ ડ્રાઈવ પર દૈનિક વિતરણ અહેવાલ અધતન નથી થતો તે જિલ્લા અને તાલુકાની શાળા /S.M.C . કક્ષાએથી કુંકીંગ કોસ્ટ અને અનાજ વિતરણની કામગીરી શરૂ થયેલ ન હોવાનું માની શકાય . તેથી તમામ મામલતદારે સ્ત્રીઓ , શાળાના મુખ્ય શિક્ષકશ્રીઓ , મધ્યાહન ભોજન યોજનાના માનદ વેતન ધારકો , વ્યાજબી ભાવના દુકાનદારો વગેરે સંબંધિત તમામને સત્વરે વિતરણ કરવા જરૂરી સુચના આપવા વિનંતી છે . તેમજ ૨૩ શાળા દિવસોને ફૂડ સિક્યુરીટી એલાઉન્સીસના રમનાજનું તાત્કાલિક વિતરણ શરૂ થાય તે માટે ઝડપી કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરવા અને અત્રેની ગુગલ ડ્રાઈવ પર દૈનિક અહેવાલ આપવા વિનંતી છે . ૨ . વધુમાં મધ્યાહન ભોજન યોજનામાં ઉપયોગમાં લેવાતા સામાન્ય ચોખા કરતાં ફોર્ટીફાઈડ ચોખાની કિંમત વધુ ચુકવવાની થતી હોય ફૂડ કોર્પોરેશન ઓફ ઈન્ડિયાના ગોડાઉનમાંથી તેના ઉપાડ અને વિતરણ અંગેનો અલગથી ચોક્ત હિસાબ રાખવાનો રહેશે . અને અનાજ વિતરણ માટે જિલ્લા કક્ષાએ જે પધ્ધતિ નિયત થાય તે મુજબ મધ્યાહન ભોજન યોજના માટે ભારત સરકાર તરફ્યી ફાળવણી થઈ આવેલ અનાજના જથ્થામાં થી અનાનું વિતરણ સમય મર્યાદામાં પુર્ણ કરવાનું રહેશે , તેમજ જિલ્લા કોર્પોરેશન વિસ્તાર પૈકી જે કોર્પોરશના જિલ્લામાં ફોર્ટીફાઈડ ચોખાનો જથ્થો ઉપલબ્ધ હોય તે જથ્થામાંથી ફોર્ટીફાઈડ ચોખાનું જ વિતરણ કરવાનું રહેશે . ૩. કોઈપણ વિધાર્થી ફૂડ સિક્યુરીટી એલાઉન્સથી વંચિત ન રહે તેની શાળા કક્ષાએ ખાત્રી કરવાની રહેશે . તથા મામલતદારશ્રી નાયબ કલેકટરશ્રી ( મ.ભો.યો. ) અને જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીશ્રી શાસનાધિકારીશ્રી , નગર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ સમિતી મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશન તરફથી આ અંગે દેખરેખ રાખવાની રહેશે . અને વિતરણ દરમ્યાન સઘન વારંવાર સ્થાનિક વ્યાજબી ભાવની દુકાન તથા શાળાની મુલાકાત લઈ યોગ્ય રીતે અનાજ વિતરણ તથા વિધાર્થી વાલીના બેન્ક એકાઉન્ટમાં કુકીંગ કોસ્ટ જમા કરાવ્યા અંગેની ખાત્રી માટેની તપાસણી કરવાની રહેશે .
