Gandhinagar: Due to the Koro epidemic, the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has reduced the standard 9 and standard 12 courses by 30 per cent in the interest of students by the government in 2020-21.  Accordingly, the proportion of objective questions in question papers in 9, 10, 11 and 12 general streams has been increased to 30 per cent.  While in 12 sciences, as before, the proportion of 50 per cent MCQ (optional) and 50 per cent descriptive type questions in the question papers has been kept the same.

In standard 9 and 12 question papers in descriptive type questions, general option will be given instead of internal option.  As per this change, Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has prepared question papers of 40 main subjects of Std.  Which have been sent to all the secondary-higher secondary schools through all the district education officers.  These details have been posted on the website of Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education www.gseb.org.

However, the state government clarified that the rule would be applicable only for this year.  This has reduced the course by 30 percent.  Due to the current condition of the corona, this rule will apply this year.  Standard 10 and 12 students will be able to take the stress-free exam.  However, the Gujarat government has not yet decided when the school will start.

Gandhinagar: The state government has taken a big decision amid the Corona transition situation. In the special case, the state government has decided to bring the business on track and for the benefit of the employees. The state government has announced a special cash package in lieu of leave and pay pay hours scheme. The term of LTC has been extended by three months from 2016 to 2019.

In a resolution issued by the state finance department, it said that the benefit of the special cash package scheme will be available only to those who have not yet availed the benefit of block 2016-17. The scheme will not be applicable for block 2020-20, the scheme will not provide holiday travel advance. Only those who wish to avail the benefit of this scheme can avail the amount of leave received as per the rules under Holiday Travel Relief-Homecoming Travel Relief.

According to the Sixth Pay Commission, Rs. 2,500 Grade Pay or higher Grade Pay Rs. 50 thousand as per the proposed rent and Rs. Those with a grade pay less than Rs 2,500 will be charged Rs. The proposed rental amount will be recoverable only if the employee spends three times the rent of Rs 5,000. At the same time, the employee will get the benefit of this package only if he / she compulsorily avails both the holiday cash conversion and LTC fare.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi also dedicated the Kisan Suryodaya Yojana to Gujarat. Inaugurating the scheme dedicated to farmers, PM Modi said that through this scheme, farmers of Gujarat will now get electricity even during the day. As a result, farmers will have to wait for the night for electricity. Generating solar energy in one day can consume electricity in a day.



Kisan Suryoday Yojana
A total of 12.5 lakh farmers in Gujarat will get electricity in a day
2,500 crore total expenditure
6 new transmission lines of 3 km 4 kV circuit
3 new substations of 60 kV
Start of the plan from Junagadh, Gir Somnath and Dahod
Initially, farmers of 1,055 villages in 3 districts will get benefits.



A total of Rs 3,500 crore will be spent for the Kisan Suryodaya Yojana. Under this, 234 new transmission lines of 3 thousand 490 circuit km of 66 kV as well as 9 new substations of 220 kV will be installed. In the first phase of the scheme, farmers of a total of 1,55 villages of Junagadh, Gir Somnath and Dahod districts will get benefit. The entire state will be covered in phases in the next 3 years. Thus, under Gujarat Kisan Suryodaya Yojana, a total of 17.25 lakh farmers of Gujarat will get electricity in a day.
