The drop out rate of academy education has dropped significantly, but it still remains 16 at primary position and 32 at upper primary position, which needs to be reduced significantly. According to a check, the number of children out of academy dropped from 135 lakhs in 2005 to 61 lakhs in 2014, all sweats should be made to insure that the last child also returns to academy.

The government is taking all way to insure that all preceptors of the remaining 16 countries/ UTs are completely professed for the coming 2- 3 times. According to the results of a study conducted by the ministry in the time 2013, the average attendance of preceptors was around 83. It needs to be grow to 100.
