રેલવે ટ્રેક પર ભત્રીજાનો પગ ફસાઈ ગયા બાદ તેને ટ્રેન નીચે કપાઈ જતો બચાવવા માટે ફોઈએ પોતાના જીવ આપી દીધો હોવાની ઘટના યુપીના મુરાદાબાદમાં બની છે.

કાળજુ કંપાવી દે તેવી ઘટનામાં શશિબાલા નામની યુવતી પોતાના મામાની પુત્રીના લગ્ન માટે મોસાળ આવી હતી.લગ્નની વિધિના ભાગરુપે યોજાયેલા કાર્યક્રમમાં સામેલ થવા માટે તે પોતાના પરિવાર સાથે રેલવે ટ્રેક ક્રોસ કરીને તેની બીજી તરફ ગઈ હતી.

કાર્યક્રમમાંથી પાછા આવતી વખતે શશિબાલાના ત્રણ વર્ષના ભત્રીજા આરવનો પગ પુલ પરથી પસાર થતી રેલવે લાઈનમાં ફસાઈ ગયો હતો.આ દરમિયાન શશિબાલાના ટ્રેનનો હોર્ન પણ સંભળાયો હતો.તેણે જોયુ હતુ કે, એક ટ્રેન પૂરઝડપે ટ્રેક પર આવી રહી છે.

શશિબાલાએ આરવનો ફસાયેલો પગ બહાર કાઢવાનો પ્રયત્ન કર્યો હતો પણ તેનો પ્રયાસ સફળ થયો નહોતો.એ દરમિયાન ટ્રેન અત્યંત નજીક આવી ગઈ હતી.એક જ પળમાં શશીબાલાએ આરવને બચાવવા માટે તેને ધક્કો મારીને ટ્રેક પર પાડી દીધો હતો અને પોતે તેના પર સુઈ ગઈ હતી.

ટ્રેન બંનેના શરીર પરથી પસાર થઈ ગઈ હતી .શશીબાલાના શરીરના ચાર ટુકડા થઈ ગયા હતા પણ તેણે મોતને ભેટીને પણ આરવને બચાવી લીધો હતો.

જોકે શશિબાલાના મોત બાદ તેના પિતાની હાલત ખરાબ છે.કારણકે શશિબાલા નાની હતી ત્યારે તેની માતાનુ મોત થયુ હતુ.પિતાએ શશિબાલા માટે બીજા લગ્ન નહોતા કર્યા અને હવે પુત્રી પણ તેમને છોડીને જતી રહી છે.

કેટલાક એલપીજી ગેસ સિલિન્ડરના ગ્રાહકો દ્વારા દાવો કરવામાં આવ્યો છે કે તેમને સબસિડી તરીકે પ્રતિ સિલિન્ડર 79.26 રૂપિયા મળી રહ્યા છે. જોકે, કેટલાકને 158.52 રૂપિયા અને 237.78 રૂપિયાની સબસિડી પણ મળી રહી છે. એવામાં ગ્રાહકને કેટલી રકમ સબસિડી તરીકે મળવી જોઈએ તે અંગે હાલ મૂંઝવણ છે. પરંતુ તમારે વધારે ચિંતા કરવાની જરૂર નથી, કારણ કે અમે તમને સરળ રીત બતાવવા જણાવવા જઈ રહ્યા છીએ જેના દ્વારા તમે સરળતાથી જાણી શકો છો કે ગેસ સિલિન્ડરની સબસિડી તમારા ખાતામાં આવી રહી છે કે નહીં.

સબસિડી ન મળવાનું મુખ્ય કારણ શું હોય છે ?

Gujarat State implemented Aadhaar Enabled DISE – Child Tracking System for collection of Student-wise information for Elementary Schooling of Class I – VIII since January 2012.
Aadhaar Enabled DISE is deployed with a concept adopted from UIDAI to build database of students along with child wise record with Student Name, Parents Name, Date of Birth, Address, incentives & benefits received from Government. The same database use by State to conduct child wise evaluation under Gunotsav program. Each year, existing records are being updated and new entrants in Class I are being entered under the system.

હાઇપર એસીડીટી

આમળામાં વિટામિન સી ભરપૂર માત્રામાં હોય છે. જે ફળની એસિડિક પ્રકૃતિને વધારે છે. અભ્યાસ મુજબ આમળાથી હાર્ટ બર્નમાં રાહત થાય છે, પરંતુ તેનાથી હાઇપરએસિડિટી લોકોમાં સમસ્યા વધી શકે છે. ખાલી પેટ આમળા ખાવાથી પેટમાં દુ:ખાવો અને એસિડિટીની સમસ્યા થઈ શકે છે.

લોહી સંબંધિત સમસ્યાઓ

જો લોહીને લગતી બીમારી હોય, ઘા હોય કે ત્વચા પર ક્યાંક વાગી ગયું હોય તો આમળાનું સેવન ન કરવું. કારણ કે આમળામાં એન્ટિપ્લેટલેટ્સ ગુણ હોય છે, એટલે કે તે લોહીને પાતળું કરે છે. આનો અર્થ એ છે કે તે લોહીના ગઠ્ઠા બનતા અટકાવી શકે છે. આમળાનો આ ગુણ હાર્ટ એટેક અને સ્ટ્રોકનું જોખમ ઘટાડે છે. પરંતુ કોઈ પ્રકારના બ્લડ ડિસઓર્ડરથી પીડાઈ રહેલા લોકો માટે આમળા સારો વિકલ્પ નથી. આવા લોકોએ ડોક્ટરનો સંપર્ક કર્યા પછી જ આમળા ખાવા જોઈએ.

શસ્ત્રક્રિયામાં અમલાની મનાઈ છે

જો સર્જરી થઈ હોય તો આમળાનું સેવન ન કરવું જોઈએ. કારણ કે આમળાનું વધુ પડતું સેવન કરવાથી રક્તસ્ત્રાવનું જોખમ રહે છે. તેથી સર્જરીના બે અઠવાડિયાની સુધી આમળા ન ખાવા હિતાવહ છે. આ ઉપરાંત જે લોકો સર્જરી કરાવવાના હોય તેઓએ પણ આમળા ન ખાવા જોઈએ. લાંબા સમય સુધી રક્તસ્ત્રાવના કારણે હાઇપોક્સિમિયા, ગંભીર એસિડોસિસ અથવા મલ્ટિઓર્ગન ડિસફંક્શન થઈ શકે છે.

બ્લડ સુગરનું સ્તર ઓછું ત્યારે...

આમળા બ્લડ સુગરનું સ્તર ઘટાડે છે. ટાઇપ 1 અને ટાઇપ-2 ડાયાબિટીસથી પીડાતા લોકો માટે તે ફાયદાકારક છે, પરંતુ જે લોકોનું બ્લડ સુગરનું સ્તર ઓછું હોય છે, તેમના માટે તે સારું નથી. જે લોકોને એન્ટી ડાયાબિટીસ દવા ચાલતી હોય તેઓ માટે પણ તે સારું નથી.

ગર્ભાવસ્થામાં

ગર્ભાવસ્થામાં આમળા ન ખાવા પણ હિતાવહ છે. આમળાનું વધુ પડતું સેવન કરવાથી પેટમાં દુ:ખાવો, ઝાડા અને ડિહાઇડ્રેશન થઈ શકે છે. આથી ગર્ભવતી અને સ્તનપાન કરાવતી માતાને આમળાથી દુર રહેવું જોઈએ.

શુષ્ક ત્વચા વાળા લોકોએ -

તમારી ત્વચા શુષ્ક હોય તો પડતા આમળા ખાવાથી તે સમસ્યા વધી શકે છે. તેનાથી વાળ ખરવા, ખંજવાળ, ખોડો અને વાળ સંબંધિત અન્ય સમસ્યાઓ થઈ શકે છે. આમળાના કેટલાક તત્વો ડિહાઇડ્રેશન પણ વધારે છે. આથી આમળા ખાધા પછી ખૂબ પાણી પીવું હિતાવહ છે.

व्यक्ति के मरने के बाद क्या होता है बैंक में रखे पैसे का? कौन होता है उसका मालिक

किसी के मर जाने पर उसके अकाउंट से पैसा कैसे निकाला जा सकता है?

यदि आप ये सोचते हैं कि किसी मृत व्यक्ति (Deceased Person) के ATM कार्ड और पिन नंबर से आप उसके अकाउंट से पैसा निकलवा सकते हैं तो आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि ऐसा करना दंडनीय अपराध है. यदि आप उस बैंक अकाउंट के जॉइंट-होल्डर (Joint Holder of Bank Account) हैं तो ही आप पैसा निकाल सकते हैं, वरना ये अपराध होगा. तो अब सवाल ये उठता है कि किसी के मर जाने पर उसके अकाउंट से पैसा कैसे निकाला जा सकता है? मृत व्यक्ति के खाते से पैसा निकालने के कुछ तरीके हैं. ऐसी तीन तरह की स्थितियां हो सकती हैं, जिनमें पैसा निकाला जा सकता है.

नई दिल्ली. यदि आप ये सोचते हैं कि किसी मृत व्यक्ति के ATM कार्ड और पिन नंबर से आप उसके अकाउंट से पैसा निकलवा सकते हैं तो आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि ऐसा करना दंडनीय अपराध है. यदि आप उस बैंक अकाउंट के जॉइंट-होल्डर हैं तो ही आप पैसा निकाल सकते हैं, वरना ये अपराध होगा. तो अब सवाल ये उठता है कि किसी के मर जाने पर उसके अकाउंट से पैसा कैसे निकाला जा सकता है? तो चलिए हम विस्तार से समझाते हैं.

बैंक खाता खोलते समय बैंक कई तरह की जानकारियां मांगता है और नामांकित (Nominee) व्यक्ति का नाम दर्ज करने के लिए भी कहता है. क्या आपने कभी सोचा है कि बैंक ने इसके लिए क्यों कहा और नॉमिनी चुनना कितना महत्वपूर्ण है? बैंक खाते में नामांकन करने से आपको किसी भी बुरे समय की स्थिति में अपने परिवार को परेशानी से बचने में मदद मिल सकती है.

कम उम्र में बैंक खाता खोलने वाले, जोकि अब वरिष्ठ हो चुके हैं, लोगों ने नामांकन नहीं किया होगा, जबकि उन्हें नोमिनी घोषित करनी ही चाहिए. क्या आप जानते हैं, अगर बचत खाते में नामांकन के बिना किसी व्यक्ति की मृत्यु हो जाती है तो क्या होता है? किसी मृत व्यक्ति के खाते से पैसा निकालने के कुछ तरीके हैं. ऐसी तीन तरह की स्थितियां हो सकती हैं, जिनमें पैसा निकाला जा सकता है.

मृत व्यक्ति के साथ जॉइंट अकाउंट
यदि किसी व्यक्ति का मरने वाले व्यक्ति के साथ एक संयुक्त खाता (Joint Account) है तो खाते में मौजूद धनराशि दूसरा व्यक्ति निकाल सकता है, क्योंकि पूरा पैसा जॉइंट होल्डर को हंस्तांतरित कर दिया जाता है. ऐसी स्थिति में मर चुके व्यक्ति का नाम अकाउंट से हटाने के लिए उसके मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र की एक कॉपी बैंक की ब्रांच में जाकर जमा करनी होगी. इसके बाद बैंक मर चुके व्यक्ति का नाम जॉइंट अकाउंट से हटा देगा.

नोमिनी (Nominee) हो तो?
यदि कोई नोमिनी होता है तो बैंक खाते में उपलब्ध पैसा नोमिनी व्यक्ति को देता है. पैसा सौंपने से पहले बैंक नामांकन (Nomination) और साथ ही मृत्यु प्रमाण-पत्र की ऑरिजिनल कॉपी को जांचता है. अगर नामांकन पर कोई विवाद है और विल (एक कानूनी दस्तावेज जो मृत व्यक्ति की इच्छाओं को व्यक्त करता है) की प्रति बैंक में मौजूद होनी चाहिए, तो यह प्रक्रिया लंबी हो सकती है. पैसा प्राप्ति के समय बैंक दो गवाह मांगता है, ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि पैसा असली नोमिनी को दिया गया है.

अगर नोमिनी न हो तो?
यदि खाते का कोई नोमिनी नहीं है तो पैसा पाने के इच्छुक व्यक्ति को एक लंबी कानूनी प्रक्रिया से गुजरना पड़ेगा. उसे विल (WILL) या उत्तराधिकार प्रमाण-पत्र देना होगा, जिससे ये साबित हो कि मरने वाले का पैसा उसे मिलना चाहिए.

अगर कोई क्लेम न करे तो?
बैंक खाते और पैसे पर यदि कोई भी व्यक्ति दावा या क्लेम नहीं करता है तो ऐसे में बैंक खाते को बंद करके उसे निष्क्रिय खाते में बदल सकता है. जैसे ही कोई व्यक्ति दावा करता है तो बैंक संबंधित बैंक खाते में उपलब्ध शेष राशि को कानूनी उत्तराधिकारी को हस्तांतरित कर सकता है. लेकिन क्लेम न होने की स्थिति में अकाउंट को निष्क्रिय खाते में बदला जाता है.

उत्तराधिकार प्रमाण-पत्र क्या है?
उत्तराधिकार प्रमाण-पत्र (Succession Certificate) एक ऐसा डॉक्यूमेंट है, जो मरने वाले व्यक्ति के वारिस को दिया जाता है, यदि मरने वाला व्यक्ति कोई वसीयत (WILL) न छोड़कर गया हो.
एक ऐसे मृत व्यक्ति के उत्तराधिकारी को एक उत्तराधिकार दस्तावेज (Succession Certificate) दिया जाता है, जिसने अपनी वसीयत न लिखी हो.

યુરોપિયન મેડિસિન એજન્સી (EMA) એ ગુરુવારે જણાવ્યું હતું કે કોરોનાના નવા ઓમિક્રોન વેરિઅન્ટના કેસ અત્યાર સુધી હળવા સાબિત થયા છે પરંતુ તેમ છતાં તેને ખતરનાક કહી શકાય નહીં. પરંતુ એજન્સીએ ચેતવણી આપી હતી કે ચોક્કસ નિષ્કર્ષ પર પહોંચવા માટે હજુ તપાસ ચાલી રહી છે. EMA ખાતે જૈવિક સ્વાસ્થ્ય જોખમો અને રસી વ્યૂહરચનાના વડા માર્કો કેવલીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે ગયા મહિને દક્ષિણ આફ્રિકામાં પ્રથમ વખત જોવા મળેલા ઓમિક્રોન પ્રકારને કારણે કોરોનાવાયરસ રોગની ગંભીરતા નક્કી કરવા માટે વધુ ડેટાની જરૂર છે.


કોરોના
કેવલ્લરીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે અત્યાર સુધીમાં જે કપ્સનો સામનો કરવો પડ્યો છે તેમાંથી મોટાભાગના હળવા જોવા મળ્યા છે. અમે હજુ પુરાવા એકઠા કરી રહ્યા છીએ. તેના મોટાભાગના કેસો હળવા હતા, પરંતુ તેની પાસે સ્પેક્ટ્રમ છે કે કેમ તે નક્કી કરવાનું બાકી છે. એજન્સીએ ભારપૂર્વક જણાવ્યું હતું કે અત્યંત ખતરનાક ડેલ્ટા વેરિઅન્ટ એક મુખ્ય ચિંતા રહેવી જોઈએ. એજન્સી પાસે માન્ય COVID-19 રસીના ઓમિક્રોન સંસ્કરણની અસરકારકતા પર પૂરતો ડેટા નથી.


કેવલરીએ કહ્યું કે ઓમિક્રોન સામે રસી કેટલી સારી રીતે કામ કરે છે તેના પર ટિપ્પણી કરવી ખૂબ જ વહેલું છે. તેમણે કહ્યું કે આવી અસરો અંગે પૂરતો ડેટા નથી તેથી કંઈપણ કહેવું યોગ્ય નથી. અમે આના પર પુરાવા એકત્ર કરવાનો પ્રયાસ કરી રહ્યા છીએ અને ઘણા અભ્યાસ કરવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે. EMA એ અત્યાર સુધીમાં Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson અને AstraZenecaની ચાર કોવિડ રસીઓ મંજૂર કરી છે.


કેવલરીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે ઓમિક્રોનથી થતા રોગની ગંભીરતા અન્ય તમામ પ્રકારો કરતા ઘણી અલગ છે, તેથી વધુ ડેટાની જરૂર છે. વધુ ડેટાની રાહ જોવાઈ રહી છે કારણ કે વર્તમાન આંકડા સ્પષ્ટ ખ્યાલ આપતા નથી. પૂરતી માહિતી મેળવ્યા પછી જ અભ્યાસ શક્ય બનશે અને આ વાત ચોક્કસ કહી શકાય. ઓમિક્રોન વેરિઅન્ટ છેલ્લા મહિનાથી વિશ્વભરમાં ભયનું કારણ છે અને તે અત્યંત ચેપી હોવાના અહેવાલોએ ઘણા દેશોમાં જાગૃતિ ફેલાવી છે.


એજન્સીએ કહ્યું કે આ પ્રકારમાં રોગ ખૂબ જ ઝડપથી ફેલાવવાની અને ત્રીજી તરંગ લાવવાની ક્ષમતા છે. ઉપરાંત, આ પ્રકાર પર રસીની અસર વિશે કોઈ માહિતી નથી. વર્લ્ડ હેલ્થ ઓર્ગેનાઈઝેશન (ડબ્લ્યુએચઓ) એ આ અઠવાડિયાની શરૂઆતમાં કહ્યું હતું કે એવા સંકેતો છે કે તે ખરેખર છે તેના કરતા વધુ ચેપી હોઈ શકે છે.

Omicron: ગુજરાતમાં ઓમક્રૉનની દહેશતને પગલે 8 શહેરોમાં નાઈટ કરફ્યુ, જાણો નવી ટ્રાવેલ ગાઈડલાઈન

પ્રધાનમંત્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીના ગૃહ રાજ્ય ગુજરાતમાં કોરોના વાયરસના નવા વેરિઅંટ ઓમિક્રૉનના દર્દી મળતા પ્રતિબંધો વધારી દેવામાં આવ્યા છે. અમદાવાદ, રાજકોટ, સુરત, વડોદરા, જામનગર, ભાવનગર, ગાંધીનગર અને જૂનાગઢ વગેરે 8 મોટા શહેરોમાં નાઈટ કર્ફ્યુ લાગુ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. વળી, જ્યાં ઓમિક્રૉનના લક્ષણવાળા દર્દી મળ્યા તે વિસ્તારોમાં માઈક્રો કન્ટેનમેન્ટ ઝોન જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. સરકારી અધિસૂચના મુજબ મોટા શહેરોમાં નાઈટ કર્ફ્યુને 10 ડિસેમ્બર સુધી લંબાવવામાં આવ્યો છે.









રાજ્યના મુખ્યમંત્રી ભૂપેન્દ્ર પટેલે જણાવ્યુ કે અમારા રાજ્યમાં કોરોના વાયરસના નવા વેરિઅંટ ઓમિક્રૉનનો સામનો કરવા માટે પૂરતી વ્યવસ્થા કરવામાં આવી રહી છે. રવિવારે તેણે લોકોને યોગ્ય સાવચેતીઓ રાખવાનો આગ્રહ કર્યો અને કહ્યુ કે કોરોના વાયરસના નવા રૂપને પણ આપણે મ્હાત આપીશુ. તેમણે એ પણ જણાવ્યુ કે રાજ્યમાં નોંધવામાં આવી રહેલ કોવિડ-19 કેસોની સંખ્યા હવે દેશમાં સૌથી ઓછી છે.




આરોગ્ય વિભાગમાં મળતી માહિતી મુજબ અમદાવાદ, રાજકોટ, સુરત, વડોદરા, જામનગર, ભાવનગર, ગાંધીનગર અને જૂનાગઢ શહેરોમાં જે કર્ફ્યુ લાગ્યો છે તેમાં સલૂન વગેરે રાતે 12 વાગ્યા સુધી ખુલ્લા રહી શકશે. જ્યારે રેસ્ટોરાંને અડધી રાત સુધી ખુલ્લા રાખી શકાશે પરંતુ તે 75 ટકા ક્ષમતા સાથે જ ખુલશે. જમવાની હોમ ડિલિવરી અને જમવાનુ પેક કરાવીને લઈ જવા(ટેક અવે)ની સેવા પણ અડધી રાત સુધી ચાલુ રહેશે. એક અધિકારીએ જણાવ્યુ કે 8 શહેરોમાં મોડી રાતે એક વાગ્યાથી સવારે પાંચ વાગ્યા સુધી નાઈટ કર્ફ્યુ છે.

આ મુજબ છે નવી ટ્રાવેલ ગાઈડલાઈન

રાજ્ય સરકારે ઓમક્રૉન વેરિઅંટની પરિસ્થિતિને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને નવી ટ્રાવેલ ગાઈડલાઈન્સ પણ બહાર પાડી છે. તમને જણાવી દઈએ કે સરકારે લૉકડાઉન પછી અમુક તબક્કામાં મોટાભાગના પ્રવાસી પ્રતિબંધો હટાવી દીધા હતા પરંતુ ઓમક્રૉનના કારણે નવી ગાઈડલાઈન પર વિચારણા કરવામાં આવી જે મુજબ આંતરરાજ્ય મુસાફરી પર કોઈ પ્રતિબંધ નથી.
તમામ મુસાફરોએ આરોગ્ય સેતુ એપ ડાઉનલોડ કરવાનો રહેશે.
કેરળ અને મહારાષ્ટ્રના જે મુસાફરોએ રસી નથી લગાવી તેમને મેડિકલ ટીમ 15 દિવસ માટે નિરીક્ષણ કરવામાં આવશે અને સંબંધિત મેડિકલ અધિકારીને ફોલો અપ માટે વિગતો મોકલશે.
અન્ય રાજ્યોમાથી મુસાફરોને ગુજરાતમાં યાત્રા કરવાની અનુમતિ છે. બધા યાત્રીઓનુ થર્મલ સ્ક્રીનિંગ કરવામાં આવશે.
યાત્રા દરમિયાન કોવિડ-19 નેગેટીવ સર્ટિફિકેટ અનિવાર્ય છે. યાત્રીઓ પાસે અપેક્ષા રાખવામાં આવે છે કે તે આરોગ્ય સેતુ એપ અથવા સ્વ ઘોષણાના માધ્યમથી પોતાના સ્વાસ્થ્યની સ્થિતને પ્રમાણિત કરે.
મુસાફર આગમન સમયે સિમ્પ્ટોમેટીક લક્ષણો ધરાવતા હોય તો મુસાફરને તેમની બેગ સાથે એર રુમમાં એરલાઈન દ્વારા લઈ જવામાં આવશે.
જે મુસાફરોએ યોગ્ય આરટી-પીસીઆર નેગેટીવ ટેસ્ટ ન કરાવ્યો હોય તેમને 7 દિવસ માટે સંસ્થાગત ક્વૉરંટાઈનમાં રહેવુ પડશે અને ત્યારબાદ 7 દિવસ હોમ ક્વૉરંટાઈનમાં રહેવુ પડશે.
