Supreme Court: Can Not Force Pressure To Comply, Extend Deadline For AadharLink

Maranews Network, New Delhi: Supreme Court has increased the time limit for linking the support card to hearing support cards in connection with various departments including banks. The Supreme Court has said that till the matter is decided, the limit for linking the base card is increased. It may be mentioned here that the last date for linking the support card with government services including bank account and mobile number was fixed on March 31. Chief Justice of the state Deepak Mishra, led by the Chief Minister, said that the government can not force the card to link the Aadhaar card.
The legality of the support act has been challenged in the Supreme Court. The appellants have the logic that the use of a unique identification number will end civil liberties and citizenship will be confined to slavery. This overarching hearing has been going on for last five years. Many social activists and a former Judge base scheme of the High Court are challenged in the Supreme Court. Chief Justice Deepak Mishra, Justice AK Khan The case is being heard by the batch of Sikri, Justice AM Tanvirwalkar, Justice DY Chandrachud and Ashok Bhushan.
