NEW DELHI: Indian e-commerce major Flipkart is offering discount on recently launched Honorsmartphones. Customers can purchase the Honor 9i and the Honor 8 Pro as part of the Honor Celebrations from Flipkart.

The recently launched Honor 9i is available at a flat discount of Rs 2,000. Launched at Rs 19,999, the smartphone can be purchased at Rs 17,999. The e-tailer is also giving an exchange offer of Rs 17,000 with the smartphone. Axis Bank Buzz credit card holders can avail extra 5% discount.

On the other hand, the Honor 8 Pro is selling at a flat discount of Rs 4,000. Listed at Rs 29,999, the smartphone can be purchased at Rs 25,999 after the discount. Customers can also purchase the Flipkart Buyback guarantee at Rs 149 with the smartphone. There also an exchange offer of up to Rs 18,000 and an EMI offer starting at Rs 1,261 per month. The Axis Bank Buzz credit holders also get 5% additional off on this smartphone as well.

Recently, Chinese smartphone maker Huawei launched its flagship smartphone Honor V10 globally. The company has now announced that it will launch the same smartphone in India on January 8, 2018. This is the first smartphone of the company to come with an AI processor. The company claims that the device incorporates artificial intelligence engine which offers Real-Time Scene. Using this technology the device can recognise 13 different types of scenes and objects and automatically adjusts the camera settings for the perfect shot.

The rear of the smartphone houses a dual rear camera setup with a 16MP RGB sensor and a 20MP monochrome sensor. There is also 13MP front camera onboard which also supports AI. The users can capture beautiful selfies and can also unlock the smartphone using the front camera.
