વિન્ડોઝ -7 કે તેની પછીની ઓપરેટિંગ સિસ્ટમ વાળા કમ્પ્યુટર માં ‘માય કમ્પ્યુટર’ પર ક્લિક કરો. ત્યારબાદ ‘પ્રોપર્ટીઝ’ પસંદ કરીને ‘ડિવાઈસ મેનેજર’ પર ક્લિક કરો. તમારા કમ્પ્યુટર પર ‘યુનિવર્સલ સિરીયલ બસ કન્ટ્રોલર્સ’ દેખાશે. જેના પર ક્લિક કરવાથી ‘USB રુટ હબ’ ખુલી જશે. તેના પર ક્લિક કરતા તમને ‘પાવર મેનેજમેન્ટ ટેબ’ પર ‘અલોવ કમ્પ્યુટર યુ ટન ઓફ ધીસ ડિવાઈસ ટુ સેવ પાવર’ લખેલું જોવા મળશે. આની સાથે ના એક બોક્સમાં જો ટીક માર્ક લગાવેલ હોય તો તેને હટાવી દેવું. આમ કરવાથી તમે તમારા ફોનને લેપટોપથી ત્યારે પણ ચાર્જ કરી શકશો જયારે તમારું લેપટોપ ઓફ હશે. આના માટે તમારે તમારા લેપટોપને હંમેશા પૂરેપૂરું ચાર્જ કરીને રાખવું પડશે, જેથી જરૂર પડતા તમે તમારા ફોનને ચાર્જ કરી શકો.
