Giving details in this regard, the state education minister Jitu Waghan said that the state government has taken an important decision today to maintain the interest of education, students, and teachers. The Chief Minister has also given his approval to this decision. Which will directly affect 2 lakh teachers in the state.

Till now, 40 per cent of the vacant teachers in the district were given the benefit of district transfer. Now 100 per cent space will be given the benefit of 56 district transfers. It was required to be the hometown of the teachers concerned in district fair interaction and district internal interaction transfer, that provision has been removed.
Teachers who have been appointed on the condition of working in one place for 10 years will be able to apply for transfer even after 5 years.The spouses of government employees who are transferable from one district to another in the state may be deputed if they are primary teachers or head teachers in government schools.
લાભ From now on, the benefit of spouse’s case will be available in the case of grant aided institutions, public enterprises of Gujarat government, government companies of Central and State Government.
