There is good news for you if you have not yet availed of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The central government has extended the last date of the scheme till March 31, 2021 due to the Corona epidemic.

Under the scheme, the government is giving huge discounts to home buyers. Customers get millions of rupees in interest. If you have also applied for this plan, you can easily apply even sitting at home.

Four types of categories have been prepared by the government for this scheme. Economically these include Weaker Section (EWS), Lower Income Group (LIG), Lower Income Group (LIG) and Middle Income Group 2 (MIG2). 3 to 6 lakhs: Comes in the category of EWS and LIG. Apart from this 6 to 12 lakh MIGs fall in the category of I. With this 12 to 18 lakh MIGs fall in the category of II.

PMAY: Maximum subsidy Rs. 2.67 lakhs
EWS / LIG: 6.5 per cent subsidy
MIG-I: 4% credit link subsidy
MIG-II: 3 percent credit link subsidy

For this you have to first go to rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/Benificiary.aspx website.

If you have a registration number, enter it.
After this all the information will come in front of you.

If you do not have a registration number, click Advanced Search.

Fill out the form. Click Search.
If the name is in the PMAY-G list, then all the relevant details will appear.
