Properly study the instructions given in the candidate's document call letter and accordingly all the original qualification certificates along with the marks and a self certified copy of the date indicated in the call letter. The candidate has to be present at his own time and place.

With the document as suggested in the candidate call letter. If he fails to appear on time and place on the suggested date, his name will be excluded from the merit list as he wants to relinquish his right under the fifth round of recruitment process. Of which special note.

The estimated  included in the fifth round are subject to change as per the present announcement. Candidate will not have any claim on vacancies such as class reduction and other administrative, accidental cancellation. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to be selected according to the merit order obtained at the actual vacancy available at the time of selection, which should be noted. As per the above announcement, the decision of the Gujarat State Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Staff Recruitment Committee to cancel any of the posts included in the fifth round will be final. This recruitment will be subject to the final judgment of SLP 14124-14125 / 2012 and other pending court claims in the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The appointment of candidates on the gaos mentioned in this advertisement will be subject to the final judgment of the cases filed by the candidates in the Hon'ble High Court regarding the appointment for those gaos as per the announcement dated 12/04/2016.
