Topics: Identities, Linear Equation in 1 Variable, Linear Equation in 2 Variable, Quadratic Equation, Polynomials, Unit digit, Linear inequalities and Functions

(4) Percentages

Weightage: 2-3 Qs

Topics: Calculation-oriented basic percentage.

(5) Number System

Weightage: 2-3 Qs

Topics: LCM and HCF, Divisibility and Remainder, Integers and Rational and Irrational numbers

Railway Group D Syllabus – General Science

The general science subject includes questions from Physics, Chemistry & Life Science of 10th standard level. These questions basically test your knowledge of everyday observation and experience in scientific aspect.

This subject holds weightage of 23- 25 marks. The Qs wil be related to Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Earth Sciences, Environmental Sciences,Astronomy and Space Technology,Computers and Mobile Technology,Inventions and Discoveries,Nutrition, Military Technology, Diseasesetc.
