The scholars were given tablets under the scheme for two times but couldn't get the tablets under the scheme last time due to Corona Pandemic. Due to poor quality of tablets and problems with China, the Gujarat government started taking tablets from China so the scheme was closed for the last two times. 

 

Under Gujarat Government’s Namo e Tablet scheme, 11000 thousand tablets are given to council and polytechnic scholars for 1 thousand. But while all the scholars have been deprived of tablets for nearly two times due to specialized glitches, Education Minister Jitu Waghan has made a big advertisement that,000 tablets will be distributed soon due to specialized glitches.

• પતંગ સાથે બીજ ચોંટાડવામાં આવ્યાં, બીજ નજરે ચડે એટલે સંદેશો લખવામાં આવ્યો ઉત્તરાયણના તહેવારને હવે એક દિવસ આડો છે. ત્યારે રાજકોટમાં હિનલ રામાનુજે એક નવતર પ્રયોગ અપનાવ્યો છે. એમાં ઉત્તરાયણનો આ તહેવાર હરિયાળી લાવે એ માટે ખાસ પ્રકારના પતંગો હિનલ દ્વારા બનાવવામાં આવ્યા છે. આ પતંગો અન્ય સામાન્ય પતંગની માફક ઉડાવી ઉત્તરાયણની મોજ લઈ શકાશે. અને આ પતંગ જમીન પર પડતાં એમાં રહેલાં બીજ દ્વારા જે-તે જગ્યાએ વૃક્ષ ઊગી નીકળશે. આમ, તહેવારની ઉજવણીની સાથે-સાથે પર્યાવરણની જાળવણી પણ કરી શકાશે. તેમણે આવી 100 કરતાં પણ વધુ ઇકો ફ્રેન્ડલી પતંગ બનાવ્યા છે.

હિનલ રામાનુજે 100 જેટલી ઇકો ફ્રેન્ડલી પતંગ બનાવી છે

પતંગ કપાઈને જમીન પર પડતાં આપમેળે વૃક્ષ ઊગી નીકળશે
પોતાના નવતર પ્રયોગ વિશે જણાવતાં હિનલે દિવ્ય ભાસ્કરને જણાવ્યું હતું કે હું હંમેશાં તહેવારની ઉજવણી સાથે પર્યાવરણને પણ ધ્યાનમાં રાખું છું, તેથી આ ઉત્તરાયણ માટે મેં ખાસ પ્રકારના પતંગો બનાવ્યા છે, જેમાં તેણે વૃક્ષનાં બીજ મૂક્યા ંછે. જોકે પતંગ સારી રીતે ઊડી શકે એનું પણ પૂરતું ધ્યાન રખાયું છે. આ માટે તેણે પતંગની વચ્ચે કાગળનું પોકેટ લગાવ્યું છે, જેમાં ઓછા વજન ધરાવતાં વૃક્ષોનાં બીજ મૂકયાં હોવાથી પતંગ કપાઈને જમીન પર પડતાં આપમેળે જમીનમાંથી વૃક્ષ ઊગી નીકળે છે.

પતંગ કપાઈને કોઈના પણ હાથમાં આવે ત્યારે બીજ મૂકવાનો મેસેજ તેમના સુધી પહોંચી જશે

સિમ્બોલિક વૃક્ષ ડ્રો કર્યા છે
તેણે વધુમાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે આ પતંગમાં જ વૃક્ષારોપણના સ્લોગન પણ લખ્યા છે અને સિમ્બોલિક વૃક્ષ ડ્રો કર્યાં છે. જેથી કરીને આ પતંગ કપાઈને કોઈના પણ હાથમાં આવે ત્યારે બીજ મૂકવાનો મેસેજ તેમના સુધી પહોંચી શકે. આ બીજની ખાસિયત છે કે એમાં ઓછું પાણી અને માવજત ન થાય તોપણ જમીનમાં ઊગી નીકળે તેવા વડ, પીપળો, માંજર વગેરેનો પ્રયોગ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. મેં આ પ્રકારના અંદાજે 100 કરતાં વધુ પતંગો બનાવ્યા હોવાથી એટલાં વૃક્ષ ઊગી નીકળવાનો મને વિશ્વાસ છે.

પતંગ સારી રીતે ઊડી શકે એનું પણ પૂરતું ધ્યાન રખાયું છે.

ઇકો ફ્રેન્ડલી રાખડીઓ પણ બનાવી હતી
ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે હિનલ રામાનુજ દ્વારા તહેવારોમાં પર્યાવરણની જાળવણી માટે અવનવા પ્રયોગ કરવામાં આવે છે. આ પહેલાં રક્ષાબંધનના તહેવાર દરમિયાન તેમણે ખાસ લોકોને વેક્સિન લેવા માટે અપીલ કરતી રાખડી બનાવી હતી. જેમાં માસ્ક અને સેનિટાઇઝર, ફાફડા-જલેબી, કાર, આઈફોન, વેફર, ડેરીમિલ્ક અને મોદી-રૂપાણીના ફોટા સાથે વેક્સિનની નાની બોટલ વાળી રાખડી બનાવવામાં આવી છે. ત્યારે હવે પતંગ માટે પણ તેઓ આવો જ નવતર પ્રયોગ લઈને આવ્યા છે, જેને હાલમાં ખૂબ સારો પ્રતિસાદ મળી રહ્યો છે અને લોકો હિનલના આ પ્રયોગને વખાણી રહ્યા છે.

Mera Ration Android Application : One Nation One Ration Card plan ensures distribution of subsidized food grains to ration card holders under NFSA to lift the entitled food grains from any Fair Price Shop (FPS) anywhere in the country by using their same/existing NFSA ration card after biometric/Aadhaar authentication on an electronic Point of Sale (ePoS) device. Under this scheme, beneficiaries will continue to get Rice, Wheat and Coarse Grain at the rate of Rs. 3, Rs. 2 and Rs. 1 per Kg respectively in other States as well.



 

Mera Ration Android Application



Mera Ration Android Application : Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution on March 12, 2021 launched “Mera Ration” Mobile App for those ration card holders who migrate to new places in search of livelihood.


Currently, 32 States and Union Territories are covered under One Nation One Ration Card (ONORC) and the remaining four States and UTs are expected to be integrated into the scheme in the next few months.


Benefit of ‘Mera Ration’ application:

Ration card holders will check for themselves on this app how much food they will get.
Transparency in ration distribution will come in ‘Mera Ration Android Application’
This application will be especially useful for tourists, as under the One Nation One Ration Card Scheme, ration card holders will be able to get food grains from anywhere in their country and from any ration shop.
This app will make it easier for the beneficiaries to know how many ration shops are around them and which shops are near them.
Beneficiaries can also give their suggestions through this application.

પ્રતિબંધો વધારાયા

બીજી તરફ અન્ય રાજ્યોની સરકાર દ્વારા શાળા કોલેજો બંધ કરાવામાં આવ્યા છે. સાથેજ નાઈટ કર્ફ્યુંનો સમય પણ લંબાવી દેવામાં આવ્યો છે. ઉપરાંત પબ્લિક ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ માટે પણ મર્યાદિત સંખ્યા નક્કી કરવામાં આવી છે અને વર્કફ્રોમ હોમ પર બધા વધારે ભાર આપી રહ્યા છે.



દરેક રાજ્યોની જુદી જુદી ગાઈડલાઈન

દરેક રાજ્યોમાં સરકાર દ્વારા અલગ અલગ ગાઈડલાઈન જાહેર કરવામાં આવી રહી છે. ત્યારે આજે અમે તમને જણાવીશું કે કયા રાજ્યો દ્વારા કેટલા પ્રતિબંધો લગાવામાં આવ્યું છે.


તમિલનાડુમાં સંક્રમણ બેકાબૂ

ઓમિક્રોન અને ડેલ્ટા વેરિએંટને કારણે કોરોના સંક્રમણ હવે તમિલનાડુમાં બેકાબૂ થઈ રહ્યું છે. જેથી અહિયા સરકાર દ્વારા વિકેન્ડ લોકડાઉન જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. સાથેજ સમગ્ર રાજ્યોમાં નાઈટ કર્ફ્યુ પણ જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. જોકે મેડિકલ સેવાઓ કરિયાણાની દુકાનો વગેરે જીવ જરૂરિયાતની વસ્તુઓ માટે પ્રતિંબધ નથી લગાવામાં આવ્યા. પરંતુ જેણે માસ્ક નહી પહેર્યો હોય તેણે પણ દંડ ડબલ આપવો પડશે.

દિલ્હીમાં વિકેન્ડ કર્ફ્યું

દિલ્હી સરકાર દ્વારા પણ સૌથી પહેલા વિકેન્ડ કર્ફ્યું જાહેર કરવામાં આવ્યો હતો. ઉપરાંત કોરોના દર્દીઓએ 14 દિવસ આઈસોલેશનની જગ્યાએ માત્ર 7 દિવસ હોમ આઈસોલેશનમાં રહેવું પડશે. સરકારી ઓફિસોમાં પણ વર્કફ્રોમ હોમ લાગુ કરી દેવામાં આવ્યું છે અને પ્રાઈવેટ ઓફિસોમાં 50 ટકા ક્ષમકા સાથે કામ કરવાની મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવી છે. સાથેજ સિનેમાઘર, જીમ, ઓડિટોરિયન, વોટરપાર્ક પણ બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવ્યા છે. ઉપરાંત ફેસ્ટિવ ઈવેન્ટ પર રોક લગાવી દેવામાં આવી છે.



મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં સંક્રમણ બેકાબૂ

મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં કોરોના સંક્રમણ બેકાબૂ થયા અહિયા પણ નવા પ્રતિબંધો લગાવામાં આવ્યા છે. જેમા રાતે 11 થી સવારના 5 વાગ્યા સુધી કર્ફયું રાખવામાં આવ્યો છે. શનિવારે ઓમિક્રોનના 133 કેસ નવા આવ્યા છે. જેથી અહીયા હવે ઓમિક્રોનના કુલ દર્દી 1009 થઈ ગયા છે. મુંબઈના મેયર દ્વારા અહીયા વિકેન્ડ લોકડાઉન કરવા ના પાડી દેવામાં આવી છે. પરંતુ સ્કૂલ કોલેજોને 15 ફેબ્રુઆરી સુધી બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવ્યો છે.

રાજસ્થાનમાં નાઈટ કર્ફ્યું લાગુ

રાજસ્થાનમાં જયપુર અને જોધપુરમાં શાળાને 17 જાન્યુઆરી સુધી બંધ રાખવાના આદેશ આપવામાં આવ્યા છે. ઉપરાંત અહિયા સરકારી ઓફિસોમાં પણ 50 ટકા કર્મચારીઓને વર્કફ્રોમનો આદેશ આપ્યો છે. જે પણ ઓફિસોમાં અહીયા કોરોનાનો કેસ આવશે તે ઓફિસને 72 કલાક બંધ કરવાના આદેશ આપવામાં આવ્યા છે. સાથેજ રાતના 11 થી સવારના 5 વાગ્યા સુધી નાઈટ કર્ફ્યું અહીયા જાહેર કરી દેવામાં આવ્યો છે.

હરિયાણામાં થિેયેટર રેસ્ટોરન્ટ બંધ

હરિયાણમાં જે પણ વિસ્તારો રેડ જોનમાં છે ત્યા સ્કૂલ , કોલેજો, સિનેમાઘર, મલ્ટીપ્લેક્ષ, અને રેસ્ટોરન્ટોને બંધ કરવાના આદેશ આપવામાં આવ્યા છે. રમતની જગ્યાઓ પર માત્ર રાષ્ટ્રીય અને આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સ્પર્ધામાં ભાગ લેનારા ખેલાડીઓ અભ્યાસ કરી શકશે. પરંતુ ત્યા કોઈ દર્શક કે સમર્થક નહી હોય.



ઉત્તરપ્રદેશમાં પણ પ્રતિબંધો વધારાયા



ઉત્તરપ્રદેશમાં નવી ગાઈડલાઈન પ્રમાણે લગ્ન હવે બંધ જગ્યાએ કરવામાં આવશે અને લગ્નમા માત્ર 100 લોકો હાજર રહી શકશે. ઉપરાંત 6 થી 14 જાન્યુઆરી સુધી અહીયા શાળા કોલેજો પણ બંધ કરી દેવામાં આવ્યા છે. જે પણ જિલ્લામાં અહિયા કોરોનાના કેસની 1 હજાર કરતા વધરે હશે ત્યા રાતે 10 થી સવારના 6 વાગ્યા સુધી નાઈટ કર્ફયું લગાવાની વાત કરવામાં આવી છે. ઉપરાંત થીયેટર અને રેસ્ટોરન્ટ જેવા જાહેર સ્થળો પણ અહિયા 50 ટકા ક્ષમતા સાથે ચાલુ રાખવાનો આદેશ આપવામાં આવ્યો છે.
