Launch Of Digital Seva Setu Programme
The digital Seva Setu program will launch on 8th October 2020. First of all, the program will launch in around 2700 villages across the state of Gujarat. The model code of conduct is imposed in the villages that fall under 8 assembly constituencies. The elections are to be observed on 3 November 2020. It is said by the concerned authorities that around 8000 village panchayats will be having high-speed internet service till December of 2020. The Chief Minister of Gujarat has given the information about the same project at the official Twitter handle of CMO of Gujarat state.. In the official tweet, he said that the launching of the Gujarat digital Seva Setu program will be witnessed on 8 October 2020.

The villagers will be getting the availability of high-speed Internet and good services without going to their nearby town and cities. People will also be able to get their documents on their mobile phones and in their e-lockers rather than having it in a physical form. First of all, the government will be providing 20 services but it is said that the number of services will be getting higher after a few days. The government will be giving 50 services in total. The objective of the Gujarat government’s Seva Setu Program is to provide fast and uninterrupted services to the people by eliminating the need for corruption or middlemen. The state government will start 56 services in the Seva Setu Program. Whole Gujarat 500 Seva Setu Program in This Is Eight phase. Gram panchayats, Nagarpalika, Mahanagar Palika, And Word in the state of Gujarat will be covered under the program. Seva Setu Program Service Bridge Phase 1 to 7 will use digital service and remove corruption in administration. The state government will complete connecting the remaining villages of Gujarat with high-speed internet by 2022.
