SBI INTOUCH is a new brand around Digital Banking that SBI launched on 1 July 2014 in the form of 7 digital branches in 6 cities (1 each in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and 2 in Bangalore).
These branches are more like upmarket retail stores and are located at high street locations like malls and commercial complexes.

These stores are primarily meant for customer acquisition and some basic services like cash withdrawal and other account services and loan enquiries. The key thing that these branches offer is instant savings bank account opening and personalised debit card in 15-20 min - a first of its kind in Asia.
