SSA Child Tracking U-DISE Format 1,2,3 Filling Details And Official Circular For All Gov./Private Schools
SSA is engaged in providing quality education to the children in the State of Gujarat through the primary and upper primary schools run by Government.SSA is Government of India's flagship programme for achievement of Universalization of Elementary Education (UEE) in a time bound manner.In Gujarat, SSA project is implemented by Gujarat Council of Elementary Education, an autonomous society registered under Society Registration Act, 1860 and Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950.
It focuses and research on existing schools with inadequate teacher strength are provided with additional teachers, while the capacity of existing teachers is being strengthened by extensive training, grants for developing teaching-learning materials and strengthening of the academic support structure at a cluster, block and district level.During four years' successful roll-out of system, the State has built, maintained and updated the database of around 87 Lac students and tracked around 4 Lac students during school transfer every year.The system is designed, developed and rolled out in accordance with instructions received from MHRD, Government of India vide D.O. No.17-1/2011-EE-14 dated 27/08/2012. The Data Capture Format (DCF) was also finalized by MHRD.
The MIS team of the State has demonstrated the system terminology and presented the successful execution of system at different technical forum of Regional Workshops held by TSG-EdCIL & NUEPA, MHRD, Ministry of Personnel (Prime Minister's Awards for Excellence in Public Administration), United Nations (Public Service Award) and Skoch Group (Smart Governance Award).The State has already shared conceptual and technical terms of the system to NUEPA and always supported NUEPA for scaling up or creating similar system for implementation at National level.During year 2016-17, the State has scaled up this child tracking system up to Secondary as well as Higher Secondary level.
Moreover, the details of bank accounts and others are also integrated in the system for convergence in scholarship schemes of various departments. In order to make the system more scalable in different schemes, Aadhaar UID seeding has been completed for 24 Lac students.In the view of methodology adopted for Child Tracking, it seems to be act as a benchmark to all individual tracking projects of the Government along with interlinking features to scale up.
