Hello and welcome to Sportstar's Live Updates: Australia vs India, 1st ODI: India will take on Australia in the first ODI at the Sydney Cricket Ground, in Sydney on November 27 at 9:10 AM IST.
Australia 51/0 after 10 overs: End of Powerplay and the fifty-run opening stand is up. Australia will be happy with both openers - Warner and Finch getting their eye in.

Australia 49/0 after 9 overs: Class from Warner as he helps a back of length delivery past the short fine leg for a boundary and this is a very good start from Australia. Saini gives nine and he is proving expensive. India, in need for a breakthrough.

Australia 40/0 after 8 overs: Bumrah bowling some really tight overs and this time gives just three to finish his fourth over. India needs to break this stand as both Finch and Warner are well-set and will attack going forward.

Australia 37/0 after 7 overs: Saini starts with a loosener and Finch pounces on it as he smacks it past point for a boundary. The bowler, however, makes a brilliant comeback to bowl four dot balls and end the over with a single.

First change, Navdeep Saini into the attack

Australia 32/0 after 6 overs: Finch finally founds a boundary as pulls Bumrah past the square leg for a boundary and Australia will be happy with the way things have panned out after opting to bat first.

Australia 27/0 after 5 overs: Warner has started to free his arms and he fetches 10 runs from Shami's third over and Australia off to a sedate start. India eyeing a breakthrough here.
Australia 17/0 after 4 overs: A quick single and a direct hit from mid-off almost packed off Warner but he is safe with a dive, getting his bat inside the crease at just the right time. Indians eyeing a wicket here and both Bumrah and Shami have been brilliant.

Australia 8/0 after 3 overs: Finch is trying to make a move on but this is class bowling from Shami as he keeps hitting the off-stump channel and nearly found an outside edge.

Australia 7/0 after 2 overs: Jasprit Bumrah starts in a decent way and David Warner breaks away from the shackles with a beautiful cut through the square for the first boundary of the innings.

Australia 1/0 after 1 over: Quality stuff from Mohammed Shami as he starts with a perfect over, giving just a single. He has been impressive with his length and keeps Finch at bay. The skipper is yet to get off the mark.

Alright we are all set for the first ODI to begin and out walk David Warner and Aaron Finch. For India, it will be Mohammed Shami.
