The government has again made biometric attendance mandatory from November 8.

 કેન્દ્ર સરકારે 8 નવેમ્બરથી તમામ સ્તરના કર્મચારીઓ માટે બાયોમેટ્રિક હાજરી નોંધાવવાનો નિર્ણય લીધો છે.

 મંત્રાલયે(Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions) એ આ અંગે સત્તાવાર જાહેરાત કરી છે. કોરોનાથી સલામતીને ધ્યાનમાં રાખીને બાયોમેટ્રિક મશીનોની બાજુમાં સેનિટાઇઝર ફરજિયાતપણે મૂકવામાં આવે અને હાજરી નોંધાવતા પહેલા અને પછી તમામ કર્મચારીઓ તેમના હાથને સેનિટાઇઝ કરે તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરવાની જવાબદારી વિભાગના વડાઓની રહેશે.

મંત્રાલયે જણાવ્યું છે કે તમામ અધિકારીઓ અને કર્મચારીઓ ઓફિસોમાં દરેક સમયે કોવિડ-પ્રોટોકોલનું સખતપણે પાલન કરશે. નોંધપાત્ર રીતે કોરોના વાયરસ રોગચાળાના ફાટી નીકળવાના કારણે કર્મચારીઓને અગાઉ બાયોમેટ્રિક હાજરીમાંથી મુક્તિ આપવામાં આવી હતી.

તમામ મંત્રાલયો અને વિભાગોને આદેશ જારી કરવામાં આવ્યા
મંત્રાલયે આ અંગે કેન્દ્ર સરકારના તમામ વિભાગોને આદેશ જારી કર્યો છે. આદેશમાં મંત્રાલય દ્વારા સૂચના આપવામાં આવી છે કે તમામ કર્મચારીઓએ હાજરી નોંધાવતી વખતે છ ફૂટનું સોશિયલ ડિસ્ટન્સ જાળવવું જોઈએ. જો જરૂરી હોય તો ભીડને ટાળવા માટે વધારાના બાયોમેટ્રિક એટેન્ડન્સ મશીનો ઇન્સ્ટોલ કરવામાં આવી શકે છે.

બેઠકો માત્ર ઓનલાઈન મોડ દ્વારા જ યોજાશે.
મંત્રાલયે કોરોના સામે રક્ષણ માટે કર્મચારીઓ માટે દરેક સમયે માસ્ક અથવા ફેસ કવર પહેરવાનું ફરજિયાત બનાવ્યું છે. ઓર્ડર હેઠળ બાયોમેટ્રિક હાજરીની નોંધણી કરવા માટે ઉતાવળ કે બીડ કરવી નહિ પરંતુ તમારા વારાની રાહ જોવા સાથે વિભાગીય બેઠકો અંગેના આદેશમાં કહેવામાં આવ્યું છે કે જ્યાં સુધી શક્ય હોય ત્યાં સુધી વીડિયો કોન્ફરન્સિંગ દ્વારા બેઠકો કરવાની રહેશે.

કોરોનાકાળમાં અપાઈ હતી છૂટ
માર્ચ 2020 માં દેશમાં કોરોનાએ દસ્તક દીધા બાદ લોકડાઉન લાગુ કરાયું હતું. કોરોનની બીજી ળહેરના દેશમાં ગંભીર પરિણામ જોવા મળ્યા હતા. સરકારે સીધો સંપર્ક અને સંક્રમણના ફેલાવાને અટકાવવા માટે આ સમયગાળા દરમ્યાન બાયોમેટ્રિક હાજરીમાંથી સરકારી બાબુઓને મુક્તિ આપી હતી. દેશમાં 100 કરોડ વેક્સિનેશન ડોઝ પુરા થવા સાથે સ્થિતિ હવે કાબુમાં નજરે પડતા ફરી પ્રિ કોવીડ સ્તરની કામગીરીઓ શરૂ થઇ રહી છે. સરકારે ૮ નવેમ્બરથી ફરી બાયોમેટ્રિક હાજરી ફરજીયાત બનાવી છે.

The central government has decided to register biometric attendance for all levels of employees from November 8.  The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions has made an official announcement in this regard.  It is the responsibility of department heads to ensure that sanitizers are placed beside biometric machines for safety from corona and that all employees sanitize their hands before and after registering attendance.

 The ministry said all officers and employees in the offices will strictly adhere to the Kovid-Protocol at all times.  Employees were previously exempted from biometric attendance due to a significant outbreak of the corona virus epidemic.

 Orders were issued to all ministries and departments

 The ministry has issued orders to all departments of the central government in this regard.  The order instructed by the ministry that all employees should maintain a social distance of six feet while registering attendance.  Additional biometric attendance machines can be installed to avoid congestion if necessary.

 Meetings will be held through online mode only.

 The ministry has made it mandatory for employees to wear a mask or face cover at all times to protect against corona.  Do not rush or bid to register biometric attendance under the order but wait for your turn and the order regarding departmental meetings states that meetings should be held by video conferencing as far as possible.

 Exemption was granted in the Corona period

 The lockdown was imposed in March 2020 after Corona knocked the country out.  The second wave of coronation had serious consequences in the country.  The government exempted government babus from biometric attendance during this period to prevent direct contact and the spread of infection.  With the completion of 100 crore vaccination doses in the country, the situation is now under control and pre-covid level operations are being resumed.  The government has again made biometric attendance mandatory from November 8.
