Schools, colleges and educational institutions may reopen after October 15 as per the guidelines issued but the exact dates will be as per the decision of the state government. The decision for schools and coaching centers will be taken by the governments of the states or union territories individually after consultation with the management of the schools or institutions. The opening hours of colleges and other higher education institutions will be decided in consultation with the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Home Affairs.
