Posts: Junior Sales Representative (On contract)

Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Agriculture (FULL TIME COURSE) with First Class from recognized Institute / University.

Experience: Post Qualification Experience will be preferred

Age Limit: Max. Age 30 years as on 31/12/2017

CTC Rs. p.a.: CTC during 2 years contract period: 1st Year: Rs.3.07 lakh (approx.) per annum & 2nd Year: Rs. 4.07 lakh (approx.).per annum Upon successful completion of 2 years contract period : Absorption in Staff Cadre with approx. CTC of Rs.8.63 lakh per annum.

Pay scale: (12545-185-13470-240-15150-285-18000)

Eligibility Criteria:
The candidiate should be well conversant with marketing & sales area of fertilizer of large organization.
Focusing on the Marketing & Sales Promotion Activity of various products of the Company.
Knowledge of Computer is required preferably MS Office.
The candidiate should possess good communication skill.

• Selected candidate may be placed ANY WHERE IN INDIA.
• The candidates having passed Full Time Course from Govt. ICAR / AICTE / GTU approved reputed Colleges / Institutes only will be considered.
• Multilingual capacity will be considered an added advantage.
• The training period will be excluded while considering overall post qualification experience.
• The selected candidate will have to execute a Service Agreement for the amount of Rs.2.5 lakhs for the period of 5 (Five) years.
• Candidate must be Computer and Technology Savvy.
