Fresh cherries, leveled 2 mugs
Water1/2 mug
Almond milk 4 mugs
Condensed milk 1/ 2cup
Heavy cream 1/ 2cup
Sugar1/2 mug
Almond mess1/2 mug
Heated almond flakes 1 tbsp

Place cherries, water and1/4 mug sugar in a visage over low honey. chef, stirring 5- 6, twinkles till the cherries soften and admixture thickens. allow to cool and set away.
In a visage, add almond milk and put it on a low honey. keep on shifting; don't let the almond milk burn. the milk will start to cake.
Once it becomes half the volume add the almond mess, condensed milk and sugar and mix them well. allow it cool rather and stir in the heavy cream. strain the admixture.
Add cooked cherry compote and mix well. allow the kulfi admixture to cool, pour it into kulfi moulds or small coliseums and indurate them.
Demould the kulfi and serve it garnished with heated almond flakes.
Badam Milk Scum, Almond Biscotti
constituents
For badam milk scum
Almond flakes 45 gms
Almond milk 150 ml
White chocolate 425 gm
Bakery cream 400 ml
Egg thralldom 5 no
Fine sugar 50 gm
Saffron1/2 gm
Green cardamom greasepaint 1 tsp
For biscotti
Unsalted adulation 75 gms
Castor sugar 100 gms
Egg 1no
Refined flour 150 gm
Baking soda pop 1 gm
Baking greasepaint 3 gm
Almond with skin 50 gm
Almond greasepaint 25 gm
Zest of bomb 1 no

For badam milk scum rally almonds flakes in preheated roaster at 180 degree celsius for 4 twinkles or till golden in colour
Heat almond milk. add white chocolate and make ganache. add saffron vestments and green cardamom greasepaint, mix it completely.
Whisk thralldom and sugar till delicate thickness.
Beat bakery cream to strip thickness.
Fold the ganache in beaten thralldom and also fold the beaten cream into it.
Pour scum in a mug and bite, till it sets.
Garnish scum with splints of almonds and almond biscotti.
For biscotti
Roughly hash almonds with skin.
smoothly cream adulation and sugar in a mixing coliseum. add egg to coliseum and again cream it.
Add refined flour, incinerating soda pop, incinerating greasepaint, bomb tang and almond greasepaint to it admixture and mix it completely
Fold in roughly diced almonds.
Shape the admixture like a french loaf and singe it at 180 celsius for 20 twinkles.
Cool the loaf, cut it into thin slices and singe it at 150 celsius for 8 to 10 twinkles or till crisp.
